Ross is personable and knowledge across property. He takes the time to make you feel important and that your business and interests matter. He delivered for me and I can't recommend him highly enough.

I was looking to make my first ever investment in property, which as you can imagine, was pretty intimidating. Ross and the team made it so easy, establishing a level of trust and providing a human touch to the process. He took care of everything, making it stress-free. I meet Ross,Katie and Chris yesterday when I went on a site visit to 3 properties that they have sourced and are renovating or have completed. The whole day was fantastic there was a 2 hour comfortable friendly honest and extremely informative talk before we went to each property.Right from the start the attention to details was noticeable a video of the building sent out to all of us days leading up also encouraging us to ask questions. This sort of care and attention alone is worth 5 stars 🙏 it shows such a fantastic level of professionalism when you care for others in this way.The thought that went into the whole day was brilliant with questions being asked on sites and on the coach alike. The amount of information we all got was outstanding.There is a true genuineness to this team honestly, integrity, knowledge just naturally flowed the whole day ⭐ I can not wait to work with them for them to source me a property to know that they are so decent, trustworthy,and unique in what can be a slightly unsavoury world of deal sourcing 😬feel truly grateful and blessed to have found such a great team 🙏so a big thank you to you all for the amazing journey we will all be going on 🙏

I met Ross at a property for an initial meeting to discuss plans and to see if he is right for me and my property goals. It was clear he was from just a brief time spent with him.
He found me a deal that ticked all the boxes and had numerous calls to talk me through it all putting me at ease.

Although the project was initially slated to take 15 weeks, it ultimately took 22 weeks to complete, which was disappointing.
