I had followed Ross on socials for a while seeing regular project updates. This lead to me setting up a call where Ross outlined how we might be able to work together along with the services he and his team offer.
Ross found a property deal that suited my criteria, he organised a builders quote for the refurbishment, his team project managed the refurb process, providing photos and videos on a regular basis. The property is now rented out and managed by his lettings team and is currently going through the refinance process to obtain a mortgage.
What I’ve observed since working with Ross is that he’s a diligent, honest bloke and always on the end of the phone for any questions. Very happy to have worked with Ross and team and will do again in the future.

Ross has been a delight to work with. He is very professional, always replies quick to any questions and tries to sort out issues promptly. His communication and dedication is second to none.

I was a first time investor so I was very nervous about taking the first step. Ross will hold your hand if you want him to, he will guide you through the process and I’m confident he will find the deal you’re looking for. He really can offer that “hands off” experience and end to end support.

Ross is experienced in the property industry and only uses the best builders. Ian the builder who completed the refurb was great, we were all in a WhatsApp group so communication was clear.

Ross has a lot of contacts he can recommend e.g insurance brokers and mortgage brokers. Ross actually informed me about refinancing pre 6 month ownership which I wasn’t aware of!

Chris the project manager was excellent. You should except a video and detailed reports every week regarding the refurb. Not one update was missed, including the snagging process.

I would factor in a 10% contingency pot for unforeseen issues which always come up during the refurb stage.

After the refurb was complete, I would recommend using Katie at Orrock Property Lettings. She was fantastic and works around the clock to get the right tenant in for you!

We actually achieved £5000 over the projected GDV on the end valuation! And we achieved the projected rent so absolutely over the moon.

It took 18 weeks for us from completion, refurbed to refinanced and rented.

Absolutely top quality service from all the team start to finish. I bought a BTL property which they sourced at a great price. Even though I hit a couple of major snags from the seller, the team sorted it all out which took the stress off me. Letting through their services too is a no brainer, a fantastic service and they quickly sourced a tennant. Not only the BTL property but also assisting with purchasing units in a R2SH scheme. The team have an amazing amount of knowledge across the whole property investing spectrum. Will 100% use them again. 10/10.

I don't think Ross or the rest of the team sleep 😅 because he's always available to help and guide that's what being in this tribe offers.
There's support and help from start to finish . I'm not sure if there actually is a finish 😅I've got one R2rent and a B2L going through now .
