Talking Houses Reviews

very enjoyable learning and one the best trainers out there.

Michael at Talking Houses is bang on! My BRR experience was amazing, and the valuation came back higher than expected, which I was really pleased with. Highly recommend Michael and Talking Houses to anyone looking to do a BRR investment!

The team at talking houses were amazing with the project I had with them. Especially the lady called Lola. She was so professional with her communication and making sure I was kept in the loop with several people even when I had some concerns with the delay on the legal process.

We have worked with Lola at talking houses for over a year now on various projects. She always keeps us up to date and is always chasing solicitors to ensure the transactions are as smooth as possible! Thank you to Lola and the team at talking houses 👍🏽

Amazing expirience, Lola was very much on top of it all the way to make sure that everything went smoothly, looking forward to the next project

Lee was simply amazing, professional and communicated clearly throughout the Renovation project. Our experience with him was stress free.

We highly recommend Talking Houses to anyone who wants to go on a property journey. From the start of the property sourcing to the purchase process down to the renovation was a very good experience for us.

I had a really positive experience selling my house to Talking Homes, and a lot of that was down to Lola.

From the first conversation, she kept me updated every step of the way and was always on hand to answer any questions. She was friendly, honest and easy to deal with, which made what could have been a stressful process much easier.

What stood out most was how much effort she put in. She regularly chased things up, kept me informed without me having to ask, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything stayed on track. I always felt like she cared about getting the sale over the line and making the process as smooth as possible.

I’d definitely recommend Talking Homes to anyone looking for a fast and straightforward house sale. Thanks again, Lola, for all your help and support throughout.

No flowery language or misleading terminology. I wanted a quick realistic answer and that's exactly what I got.

Listened with understanding are happy to work with what you need depending on your situation. Unfortunately I wasn't ready to go forward but can't fault the company at all. Very happy. :)

James was very helpful and professional. Got an offer I felt was acceptable for my property and very happy with the fast process. Highly recommended

I would like to highly recommend Lola Olayinka at Talking Houses for her outstanding support throughout the entire process.

From the beginning to the end, Lola played a key role in ensuring smooth communication between myself, the conveyancer, and all other parties involved. She was always responsive, clear, and proactive in keeping everything on track, which made a significant difference in managing the process efficiently.

Her professionalism and coordination skills helped avoid delays and ensured that any queries were handled quickly and effectively. She consistently followed up on updates and made sure I was informed at every stage.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I appreciate the support and effort she provided throughout. I would be happy to recommend her services to others going through a similar process.

Did a bit of work for these Mavericks …. As a third party contractor . I’ve worked for the middle man before without issue.

Invoice is now approaching 3 months late , excuse after excuse from investor why not to pay up . I’m past caring about the money , just need to highlight to fellow subbies.
