Talking Houses Reviews

Lola , From Talking Houses was a great help with the process & gave great information for my property purchase .

Thankyou .

Just completed on my first purchase with talking houses. Once a property was agreed on, the process was very simple and smooth. Lola supported me with the purchase and kept an eye on the process. I was hesitant about purchasing through TH but so it's been easy and stress free.

Second house purchase with talking house. Positive experience so far. Thanks

I am currently 3 weeks into my training course and I must say, out of all the training I have done this is by far the best.
As a newbie to the property industry this training will help me gain knowledge into the pros and cons of certain strategies.
I am interested in Deal Sourcing to raise some capital to start BRRR so I am really looking forward to this part of the training so I can get my property journey underway.

Very Insightful and enlightening

This was a very good learning experience. Extremely happy and delighted with the content giving confidence to take the right step by step actions for success.

Free online course is really useful

Absolutely brilliant course. Weeks 5 and 6 very in depth . I am impressed by Mikes diverse knowledge and the vast amount of experience. I really didn’t think that he would cover so much ground in fact, I have to go over it again to really take it in. Well put together and must say Vijay your a star for undertaking such a good course. I do have questions for Mike I guess I will wait for the monthly meeting . Thanks to Shaun for his input too

Took the Talkinghouses training and it is highly recommended, very knowledgeable and easy to digest. A lot of good insights given and very eye opening.

Such a valuable training course. And totally free. Thank you

The property learning course provided useful insights and a good foundation for understanding the basics of property investment. Michael M and Vijay explained everything in a way that felt easy to follow, even for someone without prior experience. I especially appreciated the real-life examples and step by step breakdowns, which made the learning feel achievable and not overwhelming.
Overall, it’s a course I’d confidently recommend to anyone wanting to understand property investment properly.

Fantastic course so far! Vijay is incredibly knowledgeable and relatable at the same time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into property.

Most "free" courses are just long-winded advertisements for a bootcamp. Talking Houses breaks that mold by providing genuine, high-quality learning information. This course covers everything from the basics of the UK market to advanced strategies like BRR (Buy, Refurb, Refinance) and HMO management. All the information being provided in one place has made learning hassle-free, and it's free, which is really good

My experience with Talking House has been extremely informative and positive. The sessions are clearly structured and easy to follow, and Vijay explains concepts in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand. The modules are well organised and build progressively, which makes learning feel natural rather than overwhelming.

I love watching Vijay's youtube, its got content that he goes through that no other mentor would ever go through and i feel he is genuine and has a track record to prove it, hence his the only one i'd trust in education.

Education here is 10/10, absolutely bang on and i love the fact he tells us about other strategies we could do in the long term.

One aspect I found particularly helpful is that all the key information is provided below the videos. This allows me to revisit important points and clearly see and understand what Vijay is explaining during each session. Having the written information alongside the videos reinforces learning and makes it much easier to retain and apply the knowledge.

The Talking House team are genuinely amazing, supportive, professional, and clearly invested in helping learners succeed. The overall learning environment feels encouraging and well thought out, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making the content accessible and practical. I would highly recommend Talking House to anyone looking to learn in a clear, structured, and supportive setting.

All the information being provided in one place has made learning hassle free

This is by far the most comprehensive training I have ever seen straight to the point. Other providers are charging £997 and upwards for this type of training.

This training was very insightful and I would recommend this for people starting their journey in property

Amazing service, just want to say a huge shout out to Talking Houses and especially to Ravinder. Just completed on an investment property which faced many hurdles but Ravinder stepped up every time and communicated things clearly and worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Talking Houses. Dealing with Ravinder was a pleasure. I look forward to working with her again.

Some solid advice so far, cannot comment on the rest if the course as I'm only in week 3 but so far so good.

Absolute quality content, straight to the point, all the information you need for getting into property with great explanations. Packed with loads of resources and importantly a friendly and thriving community.
