Talking Houses Reviews

very informative academy and learning modules

Lola is an absolute superstar – couldn’t have done it without her

As a first-time buyer of a buy-to-let property, I was really nervous about the whole process – especially with an auction timescale involved. Things could have easily fallen through or gone off the rails.

But then there was Lola.

She went above and beyond from start to finish. What really made the difference was how she constantly chased the solicitors and the auction team on my behalf. She took so much pressure off me and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her persistence was incredible – she kept things moving when others were dragging their feet.

If you’re new to BTL or just want someone who genuinely fights your corner, Lola is the one. Thank you, Lola – you turned a stressful experience into a successful one 🙌

I come across Talking Houses in a Facebook post, someone was recommending it for property learning.
I’ve found it to be one of the best trainings I’ve come across, the videos are short and very clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this course of you want to enter the property world

The TH team were great and professional, always very responsive and knowledgeable!

Talking houses was recommended to me for 1, it's Free and 2 very informative. I have done 3 weeks so far and I'm delighted that I registered for this in depth 12 week training course. I was previously in 2 minds as to wether or not I should get involved in the property market, and now so far I am the the right frame of mind to pursue my goals in life. Thanks to Vijay and his team @ Talking houses.

Trusted team as always, 2nd purchase (BRRR) from Talking Houses so far. Lola is great at her job and was always available to support, follow up as needed to ensure a smooth and timely process. Hope to deal again with TH

I am doing the 12 week training program with Talking Houses and I have already started taking actions towards investing in my first property. Really grateful for Vijay and team for putting together such a wonderful course for absolutely free of cost.

It was a real pleasure to do business with this company. Very efficient, quick replies, fair negotiations and decisions and then completion within the stated time frame. Ravinder was exceptional! (And works long hours!) I would certainly recommend them!

Talking House took all the stress away from my first property investment. From sourcing through an auction, to suggesting a fantastic solicitor and insurance broker. They kept me informed at every stage of purchase. Any small question i had, they answered within minutes. Now in the early stages of organising refurbishment, then Tenant management. They seem to have all the experience and know all the contacts.
Looking foward to my next two properties this year, using Talking Houses.

What I like about this product is how relatable Vijay is to what i would say may be the majority of people that are getting into property sees to be. The course provides the most basic information, as well as advancing levels of knowledge. This means its genuinely for everyone. I also really like the community discussion where you can ask questions from mentors and other members. Top stuff.

I have been working with Ravinder and felt compelled to leave a review because the level of service she provides is truly outstanding. She is incredibly hands-on, highly professional, and always available to help. Any queries I have are answered almost immediately, which gives a lot of confidence and reassurance throughout the process.

Ravinder is extremely proactive and keeps everything moving smoothly. She clearly knows the industry very well and is also very well connected, which makes a real difference when navigating property investments. Thanks to her support, the entire process so far has been seamless and stress-free.

Most importantly, she genuinely cares about her investors and works hard to ensure they are looked after. That level of dedication is rare and very much appreciated. She has been a HUGE help and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering working with her.

Brilliant and efficient service from start to finish. A special thanks to Lee who managed our project from start to finish seamlessly.

From start to finish, they were very thorough and professional and really helped me understand the market, processes and provided step by stel guidance.
Especially Lee who worked closely with the contractors to get the property ready ealier than expected. Highly recommended.

This training is very good and helpful. It has opened up my eye and broaden my knowledge to understand many things relating to property investment. I will surely recommend people to attend this training. What makes it fantastic is that it's free. This same course are being charged thousands of pounds by other people.

Recently completed my first property with talking houses. Experience has been great, you get exactly what they advertise. Stress free investing and the people behind talking houses are very helpful. Lee and Lola helped me through the whole process and it couldn't have been easier. Looking forward to keep working with them and build a strong portfolio.

Ravinder has been fantastic throughout. Highly recommend.

Lola and Micheal was amazing throughout the process.

I had a really bad experience before working with Talking Houses. I dealt with another sourcing company and after around 10 months and five different properties falling through, I almost lost interest completely. There were always reasons why things didn’t move forward, and it became very frustrating.

I first came across Talking Houses in 2024 when I started property training through Property Launchpad. Then in September 2025 I got back in touch with them about sourcing a property. From the start, Mike and Vijay were helpful and gave clear information about the process and what to expect.

The difference was obvious. Instead of things dragging on, the whole deal was completed in less than five months, and we collected the keys at the beginning of February. It was still stressful — property always is — but the communication and follow-through made it a much better experience.

Overall, I’m glad I went ahead with them and got the result in the end.

I’ve learnt so much from The Talking Houses programme! It’s the gift that keeps on giving! So much useful information giving me real confidence to find investors and deals and the resources help you to do your due diligence and eliminate as many potential risks as possible. Would highly recommend this programme.

Michael and Lola from Talking Houses recently handled the sale of our property, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. They made the entire process simple, efficient, and seamless from start to finish.

They managed all communication with the various parties involved, requiring virtually no effort from us. Throughout the sale of our investment property, their level of communication was outstanding. We were kept informed at every stage with regular updates, which gave us real peace of mind.

Both Lola and Michael were approachable, responsive, and proactive, and we felt genuinely well looked after the whole way through. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend their services. Thank you both
