Having been an investor for over 25yrs it's worth pointing out that we investors eventually need a bit of an exit plan too. I've sold 3 properties, 2 with tenants already through Ross because it's not easy to do when you have a busy life. I've been able to sell them as seen because my days of running around after tradesmen are starting to reduce as I approach retirement. Keeping 4 or 5 though as I still love the income.

I’ve now worked with Ross at Orrock on two projects, and the experience has been excellent. From sourcing the right properties to managing them with efficiency and care, Ross has been professional, reliable, and proactive throughout. Communication is clear, updates are timely, and I’ve felt confident at every stage of the process.

Have worked with Ross for a good couple of years. In fact, we both started our journeys around the same time, myself as an investor and Ross as a sourcer. Ross has sourced around 6 properties for me now. The latest being a 115k purchase (zero work needed) and just being valued at £140k has made it a fantastic deal.

Ross is the most genuine of guys and always puts the investor first. Will never sell something he doesn't believe in himself.

I came across Orrock Properties whilst looking to leave my house rather urgently for my own safety. I dealt with several agencies in Durham, explaining the urgency, and applied for many properties - most which ghosted me without word after the application. I was losing hope, and was down trodden - then I saw Orrock Lettings.

Upon viewing my first property with Orrock, I was immediately keen to rent with them. From the first call Lynne was open and thorough about each step it would take, and helped locate us a property in the best area and fitting smoothly in my budget. They were open about costs from the first call, and everything was laid out on the table. When we found the perfect home for us, they were aware how urgent it was for us, and we applied on the Saturday and had the keys by next Thursday.

In the 3 viewings we had, Diane was utterly wonderful. She personally showed us each room, different to many viewings we had with different lettings agents who just sent us on our way. By the third and final viewing, we spent most of the viewing chatting about life rather than actually looking! In the viewings, Diane herself flagged any issues she found with the house and made sure to send them back to Orrock to be fixed (no matter how minute).

The house I am renting is wonderful, I honestly think they down-played how lovely of a little house it is - I'm finding more and more things I love about it every day! If you're looking to rent with Orrock, do it! I've rented several properties and Orrock are genuinely one in a million - really passionate people who are dedicated to giving you a fantastic home to live in.

We had used a different company for our first property previous to Ross, so we talk from experience..Ross and team care! They are honest and dedicated. I don’t think you will find a better refurb build team with the process being seamless.
Lettings team work super quick to find tenants and take the time to talk to their landlords on the tenants to fill their properties.

Ross and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgable. They delivered exactly what they said they would, on time and on budget. We received an excellent investment property that will do us proud going forward. We intend to work with them again in the future.

Ross Orrock is Mr. Integrity. As an investor with hundreds of thousands of pounds on the line, the most important thing is integrity and Mr Orrocks quoted figures and timelines are precise as Einsteins equations. He is somehow ALWAYS available immediately. His services extend beyond project completion. The deals he brings are top quality with very reliable figures. Be warned though, he is only for serious investors who want to make serious money, so one must respect his time and match his integrity and honesty. Highly recommened and would do business with him when I can again
