Excellent customer service
The item wasn't delivered in time due to Evri dumping it on a neighbouring road and essentially losing it. The company however could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem, and gave excellent customer service, which was hugely appreciated.

I made an error when placing an order and didn’t notice until the order was submitted.
I emailed the company late evening to explain what had happened and received a very courteous response next morning from Rebecca who had already rectified my mistake.

Ordered a wall clock that arrived with damaged hands that were too loose for it to function as a proper clock. Really poor customer service experience and still no further with my order refund, or instructions on how to return it.

Great quality and customer service
The product I ordered was really good quality and looks great!
There was a small issue with one f the hinges but I contacted customer service and Adam Alex was super helpful and we quickly resolved the problem.

Friendly and efficient communication
Good communication, support and service from the team including Daniel Wood who was very helpful and friendly. OH MY GOD - I’ve never had such a terrible experience. First, delivery is a nightmare. Extremely slow, when it shows up it does completely unannounced and outside of delivery window.
It has been a terrible experience with receiving the product.
Now the product arrives and broken. Honestly couldn’t be more disappointed about this whole experience.
I’ve just moved and every other company seem to be able to do the job right except for this one.
Now I am left with a giant piece of furniture that is broken in the middle of my flat. Also, it’s impossible to get in touch with them now.
