Loved the glasses but they didn't match so needed to return. They handled the whole thing brilliantly - super generous and understanding. HIGHLY recommend this company. Great products and excellent customer service. Shout out to Adam Alex who was my rep and was so helpful!!

Ordered an item that arrived faulty. Emailed customer Service and Daniel Wood replied with options on how they could resolve it. I found this company very efficient with really good customer service. Problem was resolved with a couple of days. Would buy off them again

I bought a clock from this company and when it arrived it didn't work so I emailed the company and without hesitation they sent me another which works beautiful the guy I dealt with called Adam was on his game knew his job I will defo be purchasing from this company again in the near future

Order number 15448. If I could have given 0 stars I would have done. I was interested in purchasing a JOLIE - SILVER MIRRORED ROUND SIDE TABLE WITH HOURGLASS FIGURE at £98.95. I called & spoke with someone at Orsina on Monday 6th July & they confirmed delivery of the item a few days later on Friday 10th July & I received the item the following week on Thursday 16th July - the person I spoke with on Monday 6th July provided misleading information regarding the delivery date. On receipt of the item it became obvious to me that the item was used due to black marks and damage to the top rim of the table. The table was also very poorly made and looked terribly cheap. I asked the 2 delivery guys to return the used item to Orsina and they took the item away with them after asking me if I would be happy to keep the item if I received a discount, which I declined. I received a full refund 4 days after the delivery date on 20th July. I subsequently found the same item on furnitureinfashion.net reduced from £59.95 to £39.95 (which I did not purchase). I do not trust this company and will not order from them again.

Although I had to ask for a refund on my purchase, the process of the refund itself, the product being collected and the refund has been seamless. The person I dealt with, Daniel Wood, was really helpful.

If i could give zero stars I would. I was appalled by the resolution, especially considering the item was faulty. I was happy to return the items, but now i have to deal with broken glasses, a wine stained rug, and a faulty item that can no longer be used -- and i still have to pay for it. I have never experienced this lack of customer service, especially for a fault in their product. I am surprised people still shop here.

Courier delayed delivery due to the damaging item in transit. Alerted Orsina team. They issued an apology and offered a refund. Daniel from the team promptly answered emails. I also received a courtesy phone call from the person who processed the refund confirming it was actioned. I am sorry not to catch his name because of the traffic noise. Would recommend this company.

I purchased a mirrored console table from this company, what a wonderful company this is to deal with, i had a few queries and Daniel Wood helped me, it is so nice to be able to phone a company and get advise and feel so happy with your purchase. With Daniel's help and the console table is a wow factor, i will have no hesitation in making more purchases from Orsina.

The delivery was fast, the item was well packaged and easy to assemble. As for the small table itself, absolutely beautiful, nicely made and a perfect fit for my hallway! I will definitely recommend this company to friends.

Great customer service from Daniel Wood. I ordered a clock and delivery was attempted, but I wasn't in. It then couldn't be redelivered because it was broken, so I never received the item. However, the team were really helpful and refunded me straight away, and offered to send a new clock.

Sadly one of the glasses in the set I ordered was chipped but Adam Alex promptly dealt with it and offered an option of 50% refund to save me returning the chipped glass. I had sent him a couple of photos showing the damage.

Unfortunately the item I bought was quite seriously defected but I spoke with a very helpful person Adam Alex who dealt with the matter very quickly and I was satisfied with the outcome.

I ordered a coffee table from orsina, which unfortunately was damaged (these things do happen). However as soon as i contacted customer services I was dealt with by Daniel. He was a total gem and helped so much. He went above and beyond. I informed him that I needed the replacement table before 25th June. He very promptly arranged for collection of the damaged table and straight away ordered a new table which is being delivered next week.

Daniel is a true credit to the Orsina company. Thanks so much for making the experience a swift and smooth one. 🙌

Daniel wood gave awful customer service. Due to stripes shop providing no confirmation of address I ordered an item to my previous address. I emailed orsina 2 min after this occurred. They failed to respond quickly and I had to call them to get my email escalated. They sat around and did nothing whilst my order got delivered over the next few days. They then told me there is nothing they can do and stopped replying to me. Really poor, shall not be using them again.

This company is dreadful. Item arrived extremely damaged. It was a fight to get it returned. Courier didn’t pick item up when planned. When they eventually did pick it up Orsina made out that I was lying and that it hadn’t been picked up and eventually they admitted that it had been picked up. The customer service via email and phone is shocking and the men don’t want to do anything to help and tell you there’s nothing they can do. Ordered again and asked for it to be quality checked and sent with a different courier. Second one arrived badly damaged again. Shocking. Will never use again
