Friendly and efficient communication
Good communication, support and service from the team including Daniel Wood who was very helpful and friendly. After a misunderstanding about parcel size/courier needs the issue was quickly and efficiently solved. Quality of the item is good and overall I would be comfortable buying from Orsina again.

OH MY GOD - I’ve never had such a terrible experience. First, delivery is a nightmare. Extremely slow, when it shows up it does completely unannounced and outside of delivery window.
It has been a terrible experience with receiving the product.
Now the product arrives and broken. Honestly couldn’t be more disappointed about this whole experience.
I’ve just moved and every other company seem to be able to do the job right except for this one.
Now I am left with a giant piece of furniture that is broken in the middle of my flat. Also, it’s impossible to get in touch with them now.

Looking for a caddy/storage for the…
Looking for a caddy/storage for the bathroom. Found something that fit perfectly but unfortunately, the gap between the shelves were a touch too short. The returns process is more involved as there isn't an online portal to simply request a refund/exchange. Can't complain though, it was simple to contact customer service. A few emails back and forth to have the package collected from home. Daniel Wood from the Orsina Team was a tremendous help through the whole process. The overall experience was decent but would advise certainty before buying anything.

Orsina cabinet problem - but excellent customer service.
Construction of my cabinet was made of strong material, however there was a problem. But after contacting Orsina I received a quick and helpful response from Daniel Wood.

Good customer service and OK quality
After an initial poor review customer service stepped up and managed to deliver everything in good time and in good order. The items are nice especially the side tables. A couple of other things like the shoe racks not as sturdy as they look in the picture but acceptable quality. I would buy again from them.
