ÒR Skye Reviews

Beautiful products, seamless service and so well wrapped….What a treat! It’s rare to get such quality these days.

Beautiful, quality products as ever from lovely store. Love that you can shop online, as can rarely make it to Skye to shop instore, as much as I'd like to!
Really approachable, helpful, friendly customer service, encountered a glitch with online pricing for my recent order, which was quickly remedied after contacting and very much appreciated. Beautifully packaged with quick delivery who could ask for more! Can always find an individual gem either for a gift or yourself and looking forward to my next gorgeous find : )

Excellent service. Beautifully packed.

I have bought from this company before and have always found their products interesting and the quality excellent. They have so many unique products, which I like, and I will no doubt be purchasing from them again.

I ordered one of the Bothy miniatures for my daughter-in-law to go with her birthday gifts.
They live on Skye. The shop could not have been more helpful. The customer service alone is worthy of 5 stars!
She was delighted with the miniature. They are painted by a member of staff in the shop.
I haven't seen it yet personally, but I have been told it is stunning
If you find yourself in Portree,Skye do not by pass OR, it is a beautiful shop with many unusual and stunning gifts for friends or just treat yourself.

Prompt delivery and beautifully packaged in fully recyclable materials. (the calendar I ordered is also lovely!)

Thank you so very much for sharing beautiful jewelry with the world, natural shapes and sources that reflect and remind us of Skye! I have gifted 3 generations of our Scottish family, and will continue the new tradition!

Excellent quality print which was loved by the recipient. Dispatched quickly and was very well packaged . Highly recommended 5⭐.

Lovely shop and owner. Great vibe and nicely spiritual energy.

Loved the shop so much I did another order when back in the States. Shipment VERY slow due to costums, but that's no fault of the store or owner. Just a caution if you're ordering anything time-sensitive (for birthday/anniversary/etc.).

It was easy to place my order and delivery was efficient, with friendly service from ÒR when initial queries were made with helpful advice provided.

Really sad to give a poor review. The item I bought was beautifully packaged but was slightly damaged. I contacted them about this requesting how to return the item for a replacement but they never responded - only communication I have had was an invite to review my experience!

Gorgeous range of gifts . Very pleased with my order and quick delivery

Another lovely order from my favourite independent shop. Stocked up on some Plum & Ashby handcream but also bought some body butter by Naturally Soapful - which is fabulous - along with other bits and bobs.

Lovely paper products. I bought a small Christmas tree and a tree garland both of which were really well made and good value for money. I purchased these literally before Christmas and was amazed how quickly they arrived in the post. I would recommend this company and will be using them again.

Beautifully packaged parcel and contents .
Dispatched and arrived very speedily

lovely shop - great service

Absolutely delightful and unique gifts and accessories. Super quick delivery and thoughtful packaging too.

Fantastic artwork and delivery service

We love going to Skye and always visit the Or Gallery when we are there. On our last visit we saw three pieces we wanted but only picked up one. I ordered the two others as Christmas presents for my wife. They were delivered with no problem and are in perfect condition.

A lovely gallery.

Beautiful products always delivered with care. Could not recommend highly enough

I made 2 separate orders and they contacted me to say they’d send it as one order to save on postage. I thought this was a very personal touch and it was much appreciated. Also the items I ordered - paper chains and knitted head scarf - were beautiful and very good quality.
