This company did a bate and switch on me. They say good for those with balance issues. What I received is an expensive pair of slippers not sneakers. There was no instep, insole is completely flat. I returned them. But that was also a nightmare. I have to take pictures of original package and all the stickers on the shoes plastic bag. Then download to prove you purchased from them and the original packing. Once again China has screwed me over. The whole experience was horrifying.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are liars and thieves.

Style doesn't look like it did on the ad. They are not the right size (too large), look cheaply made, and don't look like they'd be at all helpful with my balance problem. Rigid sole. Took "forever" to get here and then were such a disappointment when they did arrive!

The shoes were poor quality and did not fit my feet properly. When I tried to return them they wanted me to pay shipping back to them, plus they would reduce my refund by what it cost them to ship to me! Or they offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the shoes (that didn't fit me and were poor quality). Very disappointing. So cute in the picture and I really need comfortable shoes with good support.

I ordered a pair of the shoes that they advertised as well balance, comfortable, stable. The shoes were non of the above. They are not comfortable, poor cushion, poor stability. Their website guarantee of money back. The customer is responsible for mailing the shoes back to “china” (I did not know that they were from china or I would not have purchased them) It is more expensive to mail the shoes back than it’s worth so I gave them to a charity. Do not waste your money. Terrible shoes and company!!!

These shoes are terrible quality; made of some kind of really cheap fake leather. The soles are paper-thin , absolutely no arch support and the velcro closures are so small that I can't imagine walking in these shoes without the straps coming undone.
They came shipped in a zip-lock bag inside a Tyvek envelope.
These certainly aren't anywhere near "premium orthopedic footwear designed for maximum comfort and support " that is advertised!

I ordered my shoes on May 28. Unfortunately, I did not look up the reviews. After not receiving them by the middle of August, I did email them and they sent a new pair right out. What a waste of $50. They are cheap and ill fitting. I urge everyone not to order from this company. Buy American. And after having read reviews.And after reading reviews, it is clear that getting a refund is impossible. So I will chalk it up to experience and will never buy from them again and we’ll make sure to check reviews before I buy anything else online.

This is the biggest scam I have ever bought into. The shoes were not even leather, some plastic BS, way too big and just plain ugly. I thought I was buying orthotic sandals. When I clicked buy, I realized the company was in Hong Kong and immediately started trying to cancel and refund. They offered me 10% refund and it took almost a month to even get the crappy things. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor quality of shoe and customer service.
When I try to return, the customer service told me I can gift the product to someone else and get a 30% refund. But I never get money back. So
if you decide to return the product, I think you will not get money back from the company and you will pay extra shipping fee and lose extra money.
Do not trust what they said. Stay away from this company.

Stay away from this site, all Fake shoes are MADE IN CHINA, and good quality, sizes are not as good as known brands. I tried to return the shoes, and they said I have to mail them back to their Hong Kong address, what a Joke... they never mentioned on their website about it.

What a joke ! sent cheap defective shoes, threads coming undone and shoes falling apart. Return is at customer expense.. Refund was offered at 10% of price. These are 10 days old.

Long time to receive, once received they were shipped in a very thin Tyvek bag, inside a Zip lock bag contained what they call sandals. These are such bad quality, they are not leather of any quality, they fall flat, and no sole. I immediately contacted for a refund. Response was please send an image of the product and label for verification. I did so, and they (Oliver) had the nerve to come back with how great their product quality was, and they would give me a 10% refund, so to not have shipping concerns. I of course went back and told them I wasn't concerned about return shipping, and offering 10% on a $50 order was ridiculous. I noted that I was filing a problem with PayPal, as a full refund was required, and to send a return address. They came back with the below response. Which my response was send the return address, I will handle shipping. I am awaiting a response, and then once shipped, I await a return. If not fully refunded, I will go back to PayPal and complain. I have documented images, and sent emails to them.

Cheaply made shoes. Return process was absolutely ridiculous and took forever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible quality of shoe. Ordered a size larger and they shoe still didn't fit (too small). The package came with no return label and no invoice inside the package to be able to return. When you try to return, you get a run around and they tell you to gift the product to someone else or they will let you return the shoes but only get a 30% refund. You can never get your money back. They also won't give you a return address and when they finally do, they say don't return it until they authorize the package which they won't do. The sizes are not true to what's on the website. This is not an American company and the cost to ship back to China is more than what you paid for the horrible low quality shoes you get. I learned an expensive lesson-NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The shoes are just capping not a $70 shoe which was $49. More like $20 if that. This company is just ripping off people. It buyer beware, or lose your money.

My response "You are joking, correct? The website states 100% satisfaction. The shipping company did not affect the quality of the product. This sandal is grossly misrepresented, I paid a premium price for an inferior product. I also recall seeing "made in America" so imagine my surprise when receiving a shipping notice from China."
Still negotiating (8/7/25) with them, last response now 30% and I keep the poorly made women's sandal or pay return shipping to China for 100% refund.

My husband also purchased tennis shoes and at first seemed comfy but on our vacation his feet started hurting in our departure airport. Not the best start for a holiday!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this deceptive company. Do not order from this company. They are definitely in China. I ordered 2 pairs, one brown and one blue and received both pairs in brown. Then when I tried to exchange the one brown pair for the blue pair, They tell me it was my mistake and give the other pair to someone else. So much for easy returns.

They took forever to be delivered, and when they were, they were not the same as shown on their website. Instead, they are cheap plastic, too small and have no arch at all. Tried to get a refund, and that was a total joke. They have no working phones, so you email them, and they want you to pay for the shipping all the way back to China, when then say they are in the USA. A total scam. I am stuck with 4 pairs of shoes I can not wear, and are so badly made I would not wear them if they were the right size. Walmart has better shoes at better prices, and that is not saying much. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE SCAMMING COMPANY!

took forever to get her. i wear a size 10 1/2 but ordered 11 and it was tiny. huge run around, all i want is a shoe that fits, thats why i bought them.
they refuse to help, like dealing with complete idiots keeps referring to some size char. Offered to pay half price for 11 1/2 wide, just stupid as hell,

SOULS4SOULS or N.O.S.E. an amputee with one foot on a wheel chair would appreciate the completion of dressing. or DSW gives some credit points towards a real shoe at their store. all unwanted and worn shoes get points.
