Beware! Orthowalkway is a terrible, dishonest company. I should have read the reviews before I purchased from an ad on the internet.
The company sent me the wrong size shoe and then refused to correct their mistake. The only offer was for me to keep the wrong size shoes and get a 10% refund.
This Chinese company should be banned from doing dishonest business in our country.

The shoes I ordered are of poor quality. There is barely any support and are slippery underneath which. They can caused me to fall if stepping on hard smooth floors or in water. I request a refund. I have to pay for shipping which is over $30 plus, cheapest fee. I believe these shoes are false advertising. Besides it took over a month to received.

Shoes are of poor quality and look cheap.
I was very disappointed in the three pairs I purchased!
They are not good quality shoes and should have been $10.00 instead of $49.00, supposedly on sale.

Awful company terrible cheap rubbish shoes ,they say you can return them but it costs to much and they charge 20 percent for you sending back on top of the postage price it's all an absolute con ...avoid like the plague.

Waited 6 weeks for shoes to arrive from China. Had I known country of origin I would not have ordered. Shoes are pretty, however made of poor material & weird "cushioning" inserts look like woven straw. I doubt they will hold up to normal wear. Waste of money.

Totally cheap plastic shoes, not worth waiting weeks to receive from China. Shipped in cheap plastic packaging. Customer support offered a 20% refund in lieu of us returning them - to China - a very expensive option. Don't fall for this cheap junk!

These are very cheap shoes, it took about 6 weeks to get to the US from China, and when I decided to return it they said you have to pay for the shipping, which is about 1/2 of the price of the shoes, total scam

These shoes are trash!!! I should have known, bait snd switch. Says made in US. No they are not! Men's 10.5, way to small. Women's 8.5, way too sloppy, flimsy,big. Sizing is all over the chart! Super thin, not leather as advertised. They aren't even in a box. Made of VERY smelly plastic. These are garbage!!!! IF YOU CAN FIND A RETURN CONRACT OPTION, BUYER PAYS FOR RETURNS!
DO NOT BUY THESE HORRENDOUS GARBAGE SHOES FROM CHINA!!

this is a total scam. The actual product quality is just garbage, made of plastic, not leather. This company is actually located in China, not Taiwan or anywhere else.
Paypal should scratch them off as illegal business. We have filed for reimbursement from Visa. So unethical !!

Ordered and paid for shoes plus shipping. It’s been over 6 weeks and still no shoes. Contact company and they refused a refund because they said the shoes were in transport. I doubt I’ll ever see the shoes or my money. Poor customer service and a complete scam retailer. No mention until after purchase that they ship from China. No way to cancel order or refund.

Bought sandals and they were sent in a plastic bag bunched up. Wanted to return and they gave me a hard time..I bought mine thru PayPal and they reimbursed me and we all realized they are a scam company..Use paypal in the future when buying online

I ordered the shoes almost two months ago. I emailed the company twice but no response. And today the shoes came. They're good. I retract my bad review.

This is a scam. The shoes aren’t anything like what is depicted. Took forever to arrive, and once they did, no way to return. These people should not be allowed to do business in the USA.

I've been waiting 19 days to receive my order. I am not assured by the last review.

Don’t waste your money on these shoes or trying to send them back. Not very comfortable and do not fit to size.

I received a tracking message they had made it to Indy then this morning another message that postage was owed and delivery canceled

When I ordered these sandals I though wow what a good deal for a beautiful sandal. I had no idea when I placed the order it was coming from China. Then I panicked. I was afraid that I would have to pay tariffs to receive my sandals, (I ordered two pair) that was the least of the issues. I contacted their customer service e-mail and Oliver (who probably does not exist) responded as if there was no problem. The site to track the sandal said it was coming through USPS but then when it cleared customs there was never a USPS tracking number. I contacted USPS and they could not help me because the number was a Chinese tracking number. That is when I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Bless Chase!!!! I did finally get the sandals and they didn't look anything like what I thought I was getting. They are plastic junk. I finally found the picture of the sandal they used as a picture of their sandals. They are Taos sandals and cost $140 not $40 (which I paid) or even $14 as shown on Amazon. This is a scam and they have been caught many times and still Amazon offers these sandal and they advertise on my Yahoo feed all the time. Someone stop them.
