The quality of the sandals I ordered are extremely inferior to previous Taos brand sandals. The photo of the sandal on the website is not anything like the sandals I received. I should've known that the price was too good to be true. Buyer beware!

I would give it a zero, but 1️⃣ is the lowest I could select. The pictures in the add are not what you receive. Do not order from this company. I ended up eating the cost. Returning the item is impossible.

Thought these would be a good shoe because they promoted extra wide width and good arch support. The extra wide width was great but sucked in the arch support. Poor advertising but what can you believe from something made in China!!

It took far too long to receive a product that, in the end, wasn’t worth the wait. The shoes just came and more than three weeks from purchase, they are not as promised. Contacting customer service and the difficulty of communicating with their reps made this experience even more frustrating. I have aske and asked for their return process and have gotten no response. Bad choice on my part. Bad product and service on theirs. Run, do not walk, from this company.

I have ordered 3 pair of shoes from orthowalkway. Quality is just OK for the price. The last 2 pairs they shipped have been smaller than ordered and don't fit. Despite their claims ("we will respond within 24 hours") customer service seems non-existant. Despite multiple attempts, I have never heard back from the company. There is no way to return or exchange them. I would avoid Orthowalkway!

Received a product that did not resemble image on-line... flimsy material, stinky rubber, no size info and did not fit my feet. Multiple times to contact for a return information and no response. Keep away would be my recommendation.

I ordered a women's shoe in size 8.5. The order was confirmed as a Men's 8.5. I emailed them the problem and their mistake but have heard nothing. I'm tired of getting scammed by Chinese firms. Why does Google post these ads.

Total scam. I'm 85 and there's no way this sandal is safe for me to wear. A waste of my money for sure.

Apparently it's a pretty website that has nothing to do with reality. I ordered two pair of what looked like decent sneakers for a particular sport. After order is placed, then you find it's coming from China, not Australia. When I asked about that, the email comes from China - there was no estimated delivery date, but I got them in a reasonable amount of time. The website and order clearly state "geniune leather". Well, they are 100% plastic and junk. I didn't even take them out of the bag. The started the runaround with the photos, etc, I give them one day for an R/A and after that, I will just dispute the charge. I am not playing that game. Website is fraudulent and product 100% misrepresented. I guess now I know that no matter what I buy, if I can't see it in person, I will have to look for reviews. What a waste of time and resources.

This is an update. This is the response I received when I confronted them with misrepresentation and a request to return:

In addition, the transportation packaging may also affect part of the quality. As you know, the cost of choosing a logistics provider who can better protect the product will be more expensive than normal. In order to save the shipping fee you paid when placing an order, we choose a relatively cheaper logistics provider.
In this case, we can provide you with a 20% refund as compensation.Hope you can understand our initial intention to save you freight.

I have of course disputed this transaction and cancelled my cc as I don't trust them with the information

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Received 1 pair that did not match the images on-line. Company refuses to refund me for a return or for the pair I did not receive.They just insist that they sent 2 pairs, even though the weight of the package is less than half what they said it was.
Much hassle and zero satisfaction.

Sandals are very low quality. At first we thought they were made out of cardboard but looks like low quality plastic material. Very cheap leather appearance and sandals did not look anything like the online photo. And they fit poorly. Company offered a 10% refund (not acceptable) and was slow to communicate. Do not order!

These shoes are garbage, pure garbage.
After unsuccessfully trying to get a refund, I threw them in the garbage. $50 lesson learned.
Bad bad Chinese garbage.

you need to be very truefull company or people, you scamming people is not a nice thing to do, plus our Almightly God, is watching how you enjoy scamming us. I will never do this again, its my fault for thinking I can purchase a nice pair of sandals for summer.

Ordered sandals from social media site. Company advertises as Orthowalkway of Australia; sandals were shipped from China and took one month to arrive. Sandals did not look anything like the online photo. They appeared to be leather but I received cheap, poor quality plastic. Vendor offered a 10% refund (not acceptable) and stopped communicating. Do not order!

The shoes I ordered are way too small. I ordered them from my husband. He tried them on, and no way very uncomfortable tried riding to the Company. They have not wrote back, so I think I got scammed and I’m stuck with them. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a size 8.5, but I received a size 9.5. Before they will even consider an exchange, they require me to send them the following:
1. Clear photos of all items received.
2. Clear photos showing the size of the item. If the size isn't marked on the item, I need to provide a clear photo of the item itself.
3. A clear photo of the shipping label to verify whether this is the parcel they sent.
I can’t believe the demands they are making! If there were an option for a negative rating, I would give it a -5.
To top it all off, they want me to ship the shoes to China—China! They originally sent the shoes from Ohio via USPS, and they would only consider issuing a 10% refund after they receive the shoes, with no guarantee of getting my original shoes back.

How can this company operate in the USA?

The company sent the wrong size (9.5 not 8.5.) The rep says they were measured in China before sending. The shoes didn’t fit - too large. Offered 10% refund - really? Do not order from this company as they do not provide 100% customer satisfaction:(

I ordered 9W and got 36 and 42, very visible difference. customer service said orders are checked thoroughly before shipped. NOT!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes size 9. I received 2 pair size nine, but the sizes were not consistent or equal to a us size 9. They were both to short. One more than the other. I followed their instructions for a return. Sent pictures as they asked. They're reply was I ordered size nine and that's what we sent. They also said "Maybe someone in your family could wear them." I'm so upset. I let them know my disappointment in their company would pass my feelings on to the world. DO NOT BUY from ORTHOWALKWAY. SCAM.

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The tongue of one shoe fell off because it was only had one stitch. Lame responses, packaging, photos may be different than actual shoe. Just alot of bull. I sent the requested photos, yet couldn't supply the bag packaging and labels. Why would I save them? I mistakenly thought I was dealing with a respectable company. I was greatly disappointed.
