If I could give this brand half a star, I would. Bought shoes with no support, which started falling apart soon after I got them. First a grommet came out of one of the lace holes, then the hole ripped completely, then the soles went thin, then the entire right heel broke apart completely. Total trash. Never again.

Do not, please I repeat: do not buy from these scammers! What you order is not what you’ll get! They say 100% satisfaction guarantee, NOT TRUE. They will only offer you back15% refund back. The product was was worthless. Dollar Tree has better sandals then what they sent me. Keep your money!!

Shoes are made of very cheap material and have absolutely no support. To return them, I am suppose to take pictures, no only of the shoes, but the mailing label. If you are EVER going to tey this brand, do so through Amazon where you have some protection.

I started writing Orthowalkway the day I received my sandals ( which were horrible quality) on 4/1/2025
After 2 messages they asked for a photo of the sandals & the packaging which I sent( even though they had my order # to confirm all of this)
I sent the photos on 4/7/2025.
Now on 4/8/2025 they are offering a 15% refund even though I keep asking for a return address & label
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The worst quality shoe possible!!!
Do not buy. Chinese junk! Can't believe Google Ads pop up with,this junk. No customer service.
They act like 170 is the original price,marked,down to 49. Save,your money, not worth 2 dollars

DO NOT BUY !! This company also goes by the name THEORTHOWALK. The website states they are based in Australia. There is nowhere to review it on it's website. That should have been a redflag.I bought 3 pairs of sandals worth $110.78 on 3/8/25. They arrived on 3/22/25. They are flimsy and of hard, cheap plastic material. Nothing Ortho about them at all! Very Uncomfortable. On 3/31/25 I emailed the company to return my items.(They ask that you contact them to be given the return address0. They asked me to send a picture of the shoes and the shipping label on the package, which I did. They then told me that they would not return the shoes and that I would get a 20% refund and get to keep the shoes. When I called them out on not stipulating on the website that there are no returns, they asked me if I was willing to pay for the return shipping and gave me an address in China and again asked if I am sure I want to ship the shoes back instead of getting a 20% refund!! At this point I have a feeling I will waste more money shipping the shoes back and won't get a refund. I will just count my losses.

I also wish I had looked up actual reviews before I purchased sandals on theorthowalk.com. They are not the same sandal as what is pictured on the website: the actual ones have much thinner soles, much less arch support, are made of cheap plastic-like leather (if it's really leather), the colors are not the same as what is shown online (colors are not heathered/soft, the "orange" is actually Peptobismal pink), and the toxic smell is awful.

I ordered and included expedited shipping, my package arrived in 2 weeks. Shoes are terrible quality. I started the return process. It took 4 days to get a response then I was required to photograph the shoes and packaging. And now another 4 days have passed and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shoes are awful. Terrible quality. Uncomfortable. Not as they appear. It is a scam. You can't return the shoes. You can't contact the company. It is all smoke and mirrors. They come from China and once you buy them, you have them. Awful. Waste of Monday. Very frustrated

I purchased a pair of Orthowalkway slip-on shoes in late December '24 and could not track their shipment to me. When I contacted Customer Service in late January '25,
I asked for redelivery. When I received the shoes in late February, they were smaller than the size I ordered and all labels were in Chinese without the size identified. When I contacted Customer Service I was told that I had to pay for the shipment to their warehouse in China. Using the same packaging, I received a UPS shipping cost of $110 for shoes that cost me $40. Customer Service told me that the best they could do was to refund 20% of my cost and for me to give away the shoes. I feel that Orthowalkway was deceptive in not telling me that their return policy would require me to pay cost for shipping to China was more than double the cost of the shoes.

Product workmanship & quality of materials is horrible! Customer service is nonexistent as you're unable to make a return. The website inaccurately states that all emails are returned in 24 hrs., however I've been trying to return my sandals for a month and no one has responded to [any of my emails. THIS COMPANY IS INDEED A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! THEY ARE STEALING MONEY.

The product is total junk, cheaply made, improper fit. Typical Chinese low grade junk. Wife ordered them now i have to deal with it.

I just received a pair of these shoes and I wish I had known to check out this review center first. The sandals I received are not the same quality as what is shown on the website, you can see differences in the construction of the shoes, and what I received is absolute trash! I am attempting to return them, although from the sound of all others here, there may not be much hope for that.

How can you give these shoes anything but a -5 they’re absolutely shitty products and they’re shitty to deal with and offering 15% refund on a product that is absolutely trash. I should’ve read more about their product and the company it’s a scam and it’s terrible and they steal your money.

Poor quality shoes, very cheap material. I should have a read reviews before I buy. My $50 went to trash.

It would be negative stars if that was possible. They sent wrong size and it arrived weeks later than promised. I tried to cancel the order but received no response. Once I reported it to PayPal, the responses were: we're investigating the lost package, you ordered the wrong size, give them as a gift, etc. They said I had to ship them to China at my expense; however, the package arrived from Los Angeles. I've disputed the charge with the credit card and lodged a complaint with PayPal. Total scam and fraud.

These shoes are absolute trash! They Took 3 weeks to arrive and are poorly made. Nothing close to a orthopedic shoe they are sized to small and have no arch support! This is a scam and customer service keeps telling you that it's not there fault and will not stand by the 30 day return policy.

Took a month for product to arrive. The tracking provided in the email acknowledgement only provides dates -- no locations as usually provided in USPS tracking. Shoes are not orthopedic at all and don't believe the size ordered was the size sent but there's no way to doublecheck that since everything is "literally" in Chinese. Just tried to initiate the "return" and was told I had to send "PICTURES" of the bag item was shipped in, the product and proof of size (which again was in Chinese so I'm not even sure what the label says. Apparently the the Order Number provided in the email confirmation isn't sufficient. After reading all these other grievances, I will just opt to use them around the house as I wouldn't trust wearing them out walking for any length of time for fear that they'd fall apart.

Shoes are very poor quality, inaccurately sized, smell bad, and customer support is very reluctant to refund.
So far several emails later they have yet to provide instructions for a return. Making me jump through hoops such as sending photos of the shoes and shipping package when I had all the invoice info.
I think most would have thrown away the shipping bag [I had done so but was able to retrieve.]
On the website it states "free shipping" but that cost $8.
Unfortunately I did not buy through Amazon, and don't know if I'll be able to pry a refund from them.
There is no spot on their website for reviews.
I wish I had investigated before purchase!
I'm used to Amazon being ethical, and I forgot other companies are not necessarily so.
This company is mostly a scam.

I should have known better than to fall for the ad. I would give them zero stars if this review allowed it. Delivery took right at a month. The “shoes” I received were unbelievably poor quality. Hopelessly cheap.

On top of that, they admitted in writing that the product I received was “not necessarily” the product that had been advertised. So, they admitted to a bait and switch operation.

When I requested a refund, I was offered 15% of the purchase price.

Lesson learned.

Do not make the mistake I made.
