I regret not reading all the reviews before purchasing this poor-excuse for a shoe!! Received them today and was so very disappointed!

Purchased women's leather sandals and they were flimsy, the colors were not as pictured in their ads. When we requested a return authorization, they told us we had to ship them back to China. We settled at a refund of 30% of what we paid. This is a rip-off.
Never buy from this company again. They are lying about their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

This is THE WORST excuse for a shoe I've ever seen. And the return policy is WORSE than the shoe. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE SHOE, save yourself the frustration and anger. They're plastic, thin, poorly constructed and ill fitting. They'll stall in anyway possible for you not to return them....and the shipping cost back was $238!!! So I've thrown away my purchase...I be embarrassed to give these to anyone even.

Not the way advertised. Insole not cushiony or comfortable. Will have to buy an inner sole to put in the shoe. Clearly not worth the price. do not buy. If I had known coming from china would not have bought. No way to get a refund.

I purchased a pair of Orthowalkway shoes and they did not fit, they are very poor Quality and smell. When I tried to return them they make it so hard with emails and phone calls and pictures. Then they you have to send them back to China your own expense which is costly so they offer you a 20% return and try to wear you down. Stay away from their product if you are smart.

These shoes are totally false advertising don’t spend your money here, they will not refund…these shoes are so cheap and nothing like the picture of the product ordered.

The shoes are poorly constructed with no arch support. Highly recommend that you do not buy them. They are not worth the price.

Poor quality shoe. Inaccurate sizing. Not at all as they are advertised. Total scam. Though Australia is noted under the company name, the product is shipped in a plastic bag from China. Very toxic smell upon opening. Unable to return. Complete waste of money.

Shoes too small to wear. No willing ness to refund in full. I personally believe this is a Chinese business trying to run in the US and it's more that they can handle. I did some searching and fond an address for this Oliver who runs Cust sat. Address shows and office in Downtoen Denver, but he claims I need to send back to china for a refund. These shoes aren't worth the money that they cost. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! this is a money grab scam!!!!!

False advertising. Cheap construction and not worth the $50 I paid for them. Very uncomfortable. Very thin soles & very thin insteps. Took about 2 weeks to ship from China after ordering. Shoes are actually correctly sized unlike other posters comments.

Terrible product. Does come in plastic bag. Exchanged over 8 e-mails trying to return. They did offer 20% discount or as another review said 'give them to a friend'! Credit card did reverse charge as a courtesy. DO NOT deal with this company.

I ordered shoes that were way too small, and the company refused to take them back. Instead, they offered me a 10% discount and suggested I give the shoes to a friend—what a joke! Their customer service is a nightmare. Thankfully, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they refunded me right away. Avoid this company at all costs!

These effing Chinese pieces of s*** start a new website selling the same crap with the same lies. The shoes are not leather, they have no built in arch supports. If you order wide, they send narrow and a smaller size. Mine came with no invoice, a fake address and phone number on the shipping label. They use uniuni to deliver.

If I could give them a "0" star, I would. I ordered a pair of black, blue and grey shoes. I did not check the confirmation which as it turns out was for three pairs of pink shoes. I do not own a single thing that is pink and would never order on pair much less three. I reached out to "Oliver" as well via Customer Service. After much back and forth her asked for pictures and a copy of the confirmation. I could not find the confirmation in my inbox on my computer or any other folder. Ironically, I could pull it up on my phone email which is weird. He also told me that I could give them to a friend or family member and they would love them and he would give me a 10% refund. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, but, feel that this is a bait and switch to get rid of colors that do not sell.

This product is not as advertized. The only othodic feature is the insole, which is thin and cheap. I ordered a US10/China 44, and my foot will not go into this shoe. Seller does not offer exchange and in order to return they state I must pay return shipping to China.

SCAM!!!!! Nothing about those shoes is orthopedic. No leather. Fits poorly. Shipping packaging were plastic bags. Double labels because it came from China. All lies in the advertising. No $ refund. Would need to send back to China. Only contact is via email. Plus the company ads say they are in Australia. All lies.

Terrible product. Terrible shipping- the sandals just came mashed into a plastic bag. No leather on these sandals. none. I wasted $ 55.00

Update- so I contacted my credit card bank and made a dispute with Chase bank. I received a letter today from Chase That they had refunded my $$$$$

I only wish less than 0 stars was an option. This is the cheapest,poorly made, piece of junk pair of shoes I've ever bought. The add makes it look like they are some sort of robust, orthopedic masterpiece when the product you recieve is worse than anything ever made. Don't buy these shoes they are a complete SCAM!!! I should've trusted my instinct and stayed away from anything that comes from China!!!

Incorrect shoes delivered to us (different style and color). Sent photos of ordered and received shoes to customer service Email. Customer Service ("Oliver') asked for address label photo, so that was sent, too. Customer service response Email:
"I want to say that our products are affordable and of guaranteed quality.
We have passed multiple quality inspections before shipment, and this package has been delivered to you.
If you really don't want this package, you can give it as a gift to your family or friends, and they will surely like it.
To show our sincerity, we can provide you with a 15% refund as compensation."
