LED-lit sneakers for night runs – safety meets style!

I wasted $81.81 on two pairs. The worst shoes I’ve ever seen. Delivered in paper (no shoebox). When you take the styrofoam out of the shoe, you realize there is no interior cushion, only the rubber bottom. So I put the styrofoam back in. Flimsy upper material that doesn’t hold its shape. Your foot actually supports the shoe instead of the shoe supporting the foot. I was going to give to Goodwill, but will put in landfill instead. Nobody deserves to wear them!

One star just because you cannot give zero.
They advertised the sandals that I purchased having "premium Italian leather" upper. What I got was a cheap-looking, all man made material pair of sandals. When I complained, they were sorry that I did not like it and offered a 15% rebate. I did not accept it. They still advertise those sandals with premium Italian leather upper...

Virtually no customer service. Purchase a pair of shoes that took several weeks to arrive. Did not fit so started a return process. After more delay was finally instructed to return shoes to China at my expense. At the end of the day, it was all a huge scam. This company should not be allowed to do business in the US.

Light a match to that $50.00 bill. Same end result with a LOT LESS aggravation.

Billed for Shoes in January, Delivery promised by April 04-06. Nothing arrived. Am applying for refund on Credit Card. I will never order from this company again.

This is my favorite place to shop! The products are amazing, and I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

Complete rip off.

I ordered shoes from this company 12/30/24. It took over a month for them to actually arrive. They were sub-par to say the least! Very thin sole, and flimsy uppers. They had no arch support, even though their advertising stated that they did. I sent email after email to get a refund with no response. I finally resorted to filing a complaint with PayPal on 2/17 and notified Orthowalkway of the complaint. Today 2/18 I received the full refund and am going to burn the shoes!!!

The shoes took 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered, They are not the correct size they say they are, The right one is more loose then the left, Not at all like the others I have, I would by from a local store so you can try them on and walk around. Big headache to return. Will trash them. My wife also hate hers.

Poorly made as for returning they good luck. They were shipped from California but they want you to ship it them back to China. But they'll give you 20% back just so you don't send them back. It's a joke easy return my ass . So I'm losing 57.53 that's not a good deal.

Scam company , they sent the wrong size shoe and have refused to exchange them . They were nice enough to offer us $ 5.00 for our troubles…How kind of them …

Zero would be better-do not use this company. I needed to return shoes for different size/sent two emails to customer service—no response.

A great scam. I ordered in December. More than a month later I contacted Orthowalkway. They said that they would send out a second pair. Four emails and several weeks later - nothing.

Let the buyer beward.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Product is cheap and customer service is almost nonexistent. I am still attempting to return the shoes I purchased. Stay away from this company!!

After 40 days, a pair of shoes arrived that did not fit. The small print on their website says that shoes must be returned within 45 days of purchase! They say customer inquiries will be responded to, but we attempted to contact the company everyday and received no response. This is a really really dishonest company.

Shoes did not fit, hurt .cheap Chinese shit , shipped from China. Paypal took action and I received a refund.
One can buy better shoes for $5.00 at flea market
