Be very wary of this brand. I bought into it as I liked the sound of it and thought with Kate Winslett as the cover woman it would be trustworthy. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription but there’s no way to do so online. I emailed them asking to cancel and they say they need to speak to me, which I don’t have time for. It’s a scam, they’re deliberately trying to make it near impossible to cancel or pause the subscription

Not The Solution
I have been using The Solution for 4 months and can honestly say I have seen absolutely no benefit whatsoever so ever.
Whats even more disappointing is that I purchased it having read a recommendation by a nutritionist I follow and trust.

I’m a big fan of this product - I’ve taken it consistently since December ‘25 following an influencer recommendation (@donnabartoli) and do think it has helped reduce the lines around my eyes and prevent them from getting worse. My experience with their customer…
My experience with their customer service has been excellent. I rang, they were busy so there’s an option for someone to call you back so you don’t have to wait, I selected that and someone rang back within a minute. They offered me a free sample with my next shipment and made the changes I requested to my order (I wanted to postpone it due to travelling). I’ve only been taking the product for 3 weeks so can’t comment on the results, but it’s a collagen so I know what to expect. I think where people are complaining, it may be that their expectations are completely unrealistic. Collagen is not going to be a facelift! Changes will only ever be very subtle but it’s not just about what you see on the outside, collagen is important for so many tissues in the body, your cartilage, helps if you have aches and pains due to ageing or menopause and lots of other benefits. For me, it’s simply a maintenance program and I don’t see why it wouldn’t deliver, we know the supplement works if you take it long term.

Great product it works for skin hair and nails
Excellent customer service. I initially stopped my subscription due to expense but after 3 months i noticed my skin glowing and looking smoother and my nails stronger and growing faster. For that reason i re subscribed as it works and the effects are noticeable. Very happy with product i just stir a sachet into my coffee every morning it’s very easy to use. Thank you

Love this product it does dissolve…
Love this product it does dissolve straight away in my morning drink, I’ve not noticed a huge difference in my skin however I am 54 and everyone comments on how fabulous my skin is! Also I had a very positive customer service experience today, I wanted to delay my subscription and sent an e mail. It was dealt with very quickly and it was sorted straight away! Cannot fault them at all would highly recommend. In fact I told someone the other day about it so hopefully another happy customer
