In the past have used 2 other brands with various results i.e not great! when I saw this advertised I was put off by the price, because it is expensive! However I have been using it now for 5 months. I get quite a few compliments on my skin, considering I lead a very outdoor life ( I'm also ancient) its easy to take hardly any taste.
Even works on old people like me!

I recently discovered Oslo Skin Lab and…
I recently discovered Oslo Skin Lab and their magical powder called “The Solution™” — which apparently promises to turn back time, restore collagen, and possibly resurrect Cleopatra if taken long enough.
The marketing is impressive. Wrinkles soften, skin becomes firmer, and you look “refreshed.” After taking it, I can confirm one thing definitely improved: my ability to dissolve expensive powder into water.
It’s also apparently “award-winning,” which is impressive considering awards in this industry often seem to involve companies enthusiastically funding the ceremony they later win at 🏆
The best part is the before-and-after photos. Before: normal lighting, slightly tired face. After: professional lighting, makeup, perfect angle, and possibly a little “help” from modern cosmetic science with a syringe. Funny how the powder gets all the credit while everything else stays offstage.
Reviews range from “life-changing miracle” to “no difference after 6 months and very expensive,” which suggests the results may depend heavily on expectations — and your tolerance for optimism.
Final verdict:
If you enjoy dissolving expensive hope into a glass each morning, this is for you. Otherwise, water, sunscreen, and sleep remain undefeated — and don’t need a trophy to prove it.

Those who speak on behalf of Oslo Skin Lab are told not to change their existing skincare routine when they start with The Solution, as it is designed to complement, not replace, existing habits.
Increased elasticity and firmness of the skin is an effect that everyone can experience. Results develop gradually over time, not overnight.
We are also very careful with our before-and-after photos and strive to keep them as natural and consistent as possible, same lighting, angles, and no filters or cosmetic treatments.
We believe in clear and honest communication about what our product is, and what it is not. Water, sunscreen, and sleep remain essential. The Solution is simply intended as support from within.

Complaint ignored
I have been trying to contact the customer service team for some support in cancelling my subscription.
I have sent 4 emails, made 2 phone calls and sent a further 2 messages via social media and I am still yet to have a reply???

If customer service is anything to go by then I have no hope
Updated this review as the company has sorted out the problem.
So far the entire experience has been awful. First ordered on 19 December. Order went to Spanish office in error. Sent three emails and tried social media but it took days for response, until I finally heard back and was told the order had successfully moved to the uk office.
A few days later I contacted the Uk office by chat to find out when order would be despatched. Was told in a couple of days so I asked for email confirmation which never came. I contacted chat again and was told Oslo had cancelled the order as they weren’t able to transfer it to the uk, So the first customer services agent therefore had spun me a lie and no one had bothered to inform me via email of cancellation.
Next I placed an order on the 29th. Today is the 2nd, two working days later and no despatch despite promises of delivery within 2 working days. Yes we’ve had a bank holiday in between but a notification of despatch would have been useful especially considering how poor service has been. 14 days later and nothing.

Efficient customer service
I think the UK webshop only opened in 2024, so it feels like they’re still finding their feet, but my experience has been mostly positive. At the moment, subscriptions can’t be managed online, so you need to call or email instead. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and incredibly courteous, which made the process easy. Due to the Christmas season, there’s a delay with my next order, but my first delivery arrived on time. Overall, I feel confident in this company and I’m happy to be part of their journey!

Easy to use
The product itself is extremely easy to use and doesn’t taste bad at all but I can’t say after 4 months of using it that I’ve noticed any visible difference at all. I will continue to use for a week while longer to see if there are any changes

Excellent customer service and support. I have lost my job and was going to have to cancel my subscription, however they gave me one month at a reduced price and stalled my subscription for 2 months until I get back on my feet.

It’s really difficult to manage subscriptions. Communication and reliability is poor. So many decent quality collagen products out there, don’t waste your time with one that cares very little for their customers ….

Excessive packaging
I’m sure it’s a good enough collagen. The packaging tho ! The box is beautiful, the whole thing is a delight but each individual sachet is stacked inside a box, inside a sleeve. It just screams that it’s style over substance and I’ve written to cancel.

Wouldn’t be without Oslo The Solution
I’ve been taking Oslo The Solution collagen for about six months now, and I can honestly say my skin has never felt better. Normally in November, my skin would be dry and flaky, but this year it’s smooth, soft, and supple. I regularly get compliments about how healthy my skin looks and I truly believe it’s all thanks to Oslo!
I also love that it’s completely tasteless and so easy to take, which makes it simple to stick with every day. It’s definitely become a must have in my routine, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. The longer you take it, the better the results are, so I’m excited to see more benefits to my skin over time.
