Emmet tan shoes.. not true to size!
Bought a few pairs of the emmet tan shoes for my groomsmen. Shoes are really nice but the sizing is really off, they run very large. Had to exchange them for smaller sizes e.g. size 10 & 9 for an 8 and they still weren’t true to size - make sure to size down when buying these shoes.

Poor service goods still not received
Order address issue created by using a 3rd party app on the site. Customer service slow to respond and said they couldn't recall the order. After casing myself and being told by the carrier it was the sender's responsibility to recall it they stepped in. Still waiting for replies to additional email and still have not received my goods or had any dispatch or refund notification after supplying the correct address on original website and via chat and emails.
