The staff found that l had made a mistake in ordering the wrong item and made contact to check before sending the wrong thing. lt showed initiative and by altering my mistake, made it possible to receive the exact items l needed in time. Well done for noticing and altering the order and crediting me with the item l did not want.

Good looking product, delivered quickly (2 days), removed 150mm from the pole length so it matched the same height as another parasol we have of a similar style.

This is a nice table solid teak easy to order and delivered quickly. A word of caution, the packaging needs to be improved. The legs had come loose inside the packaging causing a couple scratches which were easily removed and oiled. So inspect well.
Good table would buy again.

A really lovely coffee table - very pleased!

Looks great and pretty sturdy, just what we were looking for.
Only had a few weeks so hoping it stands up to regular use.
Only minor downside is it doesn’t have ties attached for when not in use.

One of the legs doesn’t fit properly because the insert is out of alignment.

The table top was damaged and has had to be returned.

Ordered v lovely 3m garden parasol worth wood pole. Put it up and looks stunning. Only problem is i didn’t realise it was a pulley and not crank opener and as I am in my 70s was rather hatd to open far enough to get peg in-managed but not without a struggle. Also need one that tilts as husband has health issues that make it dangerous for him to be in sun so tilt rather a necessity. Called v helpful Aaron at Ottenga who quickly arranged for a return pick up date to suit me.

the chairs were exactly as i had hoped and advertised .
The next day delivery (requiring an extra payment of £30) was not.
its a pity a good product was let down by over optomistic delivery scedualing
As the chairs arrived 4 days later than advertised im assuming there will be a £30 rebate

The parasol is very nice and well constructed and the base is really solid, and really deserves five stars. However I have marked down one star because the cover is blue, although the parasol is cream, and (more importantly) it is impossible to get the cover on whilst the parasol is in the stand (too tight a fit and too high) and no alternative, something to tie the parasol together for example, is supplied or offered.
I have taken one more star off as Ottena has not replied to my email about the above problems - which surprised me as the contact by ordering and delivery was first class.

When there was an error with the order (not on there side - the delivery) they responded instantly, resolved instantly (instantly = as much as in there control) and a replacement product arrived the following day. Product is great as well…… Well done, and thank you
