Fantastic company with Cornish style and friendliness. They went over and beyond to ensure that the beautiful Lutyens bench was delivered in perfect condition. Real people - old school. None of your AI rubbish! They actually phone you and talk to you on the telephone. They text you and give you updates. Their delivery company is also fantastic.

Excellent service from start to finish
Duncan was incredibly helpful from our first contact on the phone, guiding our decision in the best choice of bench as a memorial for our late mother, through to the efficient delivery of the bench. We would really recommend Ottena for their personal touch.
