Brilliant!!
After a scary blowout in our motorhome, Otto’s Garage looked after us superbly. They fitted us in quickly, made us feel at ease, kept us informed of the progress and gave us drinks. The whole place has a welcoming, comfortable feel. We had fantastic value for money for all they did. We would highly recommend anyone to use them. To all of the crew at Otto’s - Thank you very much.

My experience…
Went to garage for first time today for my MOT . From the very start I was made to feel that customer service was so important . I was offered a coffee and Otto showed me my car on the TV screen being done . I highly recommend the excellent customer care , well done

Very happy customer
Very happy customer. I was able to get my car in for repair, service and MOT at short notice. All work done promptly and kept fully informed. Very reasonable prices and very professional service. Otto's garage strike me as an independent business that is very keen to offer excellent service and gain an excellent reputation. I will definitely be using again.

I’ve used many garages over the years, but this one truly stands out. From booking my appointment to picking up my car, everything was smooth and professional. The team explained the work clearly, kept me updated, and completed the job on time.
What impressed me most was their honesty — they only did the repairs that were needed and even showed me the parts they replaced. The pricing was fair, the quality of work was excellent, and my car now drives like a dream.

Amazing Service!
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The team carried out my MOT and service quickly and efficiently. They even collected my car and delivered it back within just a couple of hours. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
The evening after my MOT, unfortunately my car was hit whilst it was parked late at night. They kindly checked my car at short notice, examined it in great detail and reassured me that everything was fine. Their care and honesty gave me complete peace of mind.
It’s rare to find such an honest, caring, and reliable garage these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I’ll definitely be using them again!
