Was redoing my home office a few weeks back and kept landing on Outlights site while searching. What got me was the photography, it wasnt just product shots on white backgrounds. You could actually see how things sat in a room, the shadows, the scale next to furniture. That stuff matters when youre buying lighting online and cant see it in person. Ended up feeling pretty confident about what I was ordering before I even added anything to the cart.

Bought something for my mum about ten days ago, designer friend suggested Outlight and I trusted her. Mum opened it and just went quiet for a second, then "oh this is actually beautiful". It looks so right in her hallway, nothing fussy about it. Everything on the site feels considered, not just stuff they decided to stock. Really glad I listened.

was in the middle of repainting my home office and just needed to pull the trigger on something before the walls dried and I lost momentum. ordered late sunday night, kind of figured it would show up the following week sometime. nope. wednesday afternoon there it was. no weird tracking gaps, no 'label created' limbo for three days. just... arrived. a month later and i still think about how smooth that whole part went, because usually thats the part that stresses me out.

Two months in and I keep noticing it, which sounds weird but for a pendant that flat and quiet, that's kind of the point. The Disc sits over my kitchen island and the 3000K output is genuinely warm without going yellow, it makes the marble look like marble instead of just a slab under harsh light.

The aluminum housing feels solid, not thick or chunky, just dense in a way that reads quality. Matte black finish has a slight texture to it, almost like a fine grain, picks up zero fingerprints and doesnt look dusty after a few weeks. The profile is so low it almost disappears into the ceiling plane, which is exactly what I wanted.

Only real issue is the cord length. my ceilings are about 10 feet and I had to mount it higher than I wanted just to use the cord as-is. Wish they offered an extra foot or two as a default, or at least a longer option at checkout. Small thing but worth knowing before you order.

Overall really pleased with it. Does what good lighting is supposed to do, makes the space feel considered without announcing itself.

had pieces bookmarked for months before buying. my worry was the photos looking way better than reality, and that nobody id ever heard of was charging that much for lighting. finally ordered just over a month ago. the ordering process was fine, communication was decent, nothing went wrong exactly. but i expected to feel more confident about the brand after going through it. still a bit unsure if the whole thing lives up to the positioning. not a bad experience, just not the convincing one i was hoping for.

The light was impaired, and I requested the exchange right away, but it hasn't been processed for 2 weeks.

We didn’t get the light! After months of waiting

Placed an order only to find out:
a. They dropship cheap stuff from China
b. Their customer service is inexistent

I've emailed them 5 times about my order and have received zero response. Item still hasn't shipped. This store is an absolute scam, STAY AWAY!!!!

Had a sizing question before ordering. Emailed them, heard back same day. As a parent I don't have time to chase anyone down — that kind of response matters.

They were nothing what they thought they would be. And a ton of money. This is the last time I buy something off the internet.

I ordered 2 matching lights almost $800 in total. One is perfect, the second is missing a threaded connector for the posts that connect in 3 places. It was threaded incorrectly from assembly. I have emailed the @info email for 2 weeks and have no reply.

Love my little rechargeable lights. I have used them inside my luminaries which I make and they work great.
The order arrived on time and was carefully packed.

Ordered a couple weeks ago and honestly the delivery alone earned this review. Got updates at every stage without having to chase anyone. Arrived when they said it would. That's it. That's the review.

Would not reorder. No response to 3 emails regarding assembly. Useless pieces sitting in floor.

I ordered a Blane model light. It took two months to arrive with no communication or tracking. The customer service is horrible. When the light arrived it was cheaply made with flimsy materials. What a scam.

Didnt received the product for the last two months (still has not arrived) but keep getting emails on how satisfied I was with the product

I absolutely love the lamp I purchased. It is so beautiful in my living room. I received it in just a few days, it was very easy to set up, is made with quality materials, and it looks even more stunning in person. I have already received so many compliments on the lamp and have shared the Outlight website with several friends who had to know where I bought the lamp. I can't recommend enough!

My experience with Outlight has not been good. I was told my purchase would include a special gift, the gift never came. I contacted customer service several times and never heard back. The light fixtures that I purchased do not cover the standard size electrical boxes and I was disappointed that the lights can’t be dimmed.

What they don’t tell you is conventional US device boxes, octagon or square don’t work with some of the euro styles they sell. Ask your electrician first before purchasing- they won’t accept product back.
