We visited the show room and staff very helpful. Placed order online and confirmed order via telephone with customer services. On day of delivery was able to track delivery. The delivery guys very good and delivered to room required and brought it in the right way, as 3m long and would have been difficult to manover once in. Would definitely recommend and would use again for future projects.

The ordering service was straightforward and our worktops arrived very promptly.

Well what can I say. A fabulous experience from start to finish. I made some enquiries at the beginning of the process snd i git prompt helpful advice. Once ordered the communication on delivery was amazing and my delivery arrived at 7am fantastic if you are waiting on the worktops for a fitter. I had previously asked for a local approved fitter,so i contacted him. He came back with a price and fitting date super quickly and dud an amazing job of fitting the work tops. Very happy with my overall experience from start to finish. The worktops look very high end. I couldn’t be happier. Will definnately be recommending them to friends.

I was able to order free samples to help me make a decision on what workshop to choose, ordering was straightforward as was the delivery process. I’m yet to unpack and look at the worktops, they are being installed tomorrow, but from what I can see, they look very good. Looking forward to seeing them in situ!

Speedy delivery and the product (compressed laminate) was of a really good quality.

The ordering was very easy. I’m very pleased with the email updates on delivery. The tracking system on the delivery was 2nd to none I was told when they were five minutes away which was great however what lets this fantastic company down is the delivery driver he didn’t speak English couldn’t carry the worktop on ground floor level left it in the doorway and refused to go any further which was massively disappointing considering the experience up until then was amazing and I love the worktop so my advice is get a new delivery driver get him to wear safety boots and not trainers. Make sure they can communicate and take the goods to where they’re meant to go on the ground floor.

Smooth order process. House of worktops contacted us to double check everything before it was processed. Delivery went smoothly and the finished worktop was just perfect. Will use again without hesitation.

I cannot praise these guys highly enough.

VERY good quality product, shipping was fast and very efficient, and they were incredibly well priced.

We went for compact laminate, it has been in use for a year now and looks as good as the day it went down. And we like a curry, so this has had turmeric, chilli and all sorts thrown over it. Not a single mark, not a single stain, absolutely no maintenance whatsoever.

I'll never buy worktop from anywhere else again, why would I?

Problem is, I only have one kitchen, so it's not something I'm gonna need any time soon.

Worktop delivered with no communication before, just left in garden leaning against house wall with shredded plastic wrapping. I was in house but not contacted. I live alone and have no near neighbours. I am over 90 and can't move it. Rain is forecast and I fear it will be destroyed. So much for the 2 man delivery, could not even ring belL

I had to get my daughter to help me saw it so we could move it in 2 pieces. Obviously it is now useless for the purpose it was bought for - work top in utility room. Would not buy from this firm again.

Website very easy to use. Good communication on progress of order. Delivery on time (again with good communication) and straightforward. Not fitted as yet (using worktop as desktop) but the top looks fantastic (walnut with 3 oil coats) and is very heavy (40mm thickness) - looking forward to years of use.

Can't put zero otherwise I would have.

Order confirmation states delivery by 15/10/2026. No further correspondence received from the company so decide to chase them up the day before delivery to check, only to be told that it isn't going to be delivered then and is provisionally booked in for delivery the following Tuesday.

Additional information, after being huffed at down the phone by one of their 'sales representatives' I finally got through to a member of the customer care team the next day.

Basically they can't deliver in the time frame they state on their website and on the order confirmation invoice. Couldn't care less and are breaching consumer rights and as of this moment data protection as I have requested information on how to obtain the call recordings of my calls with them as I am now in the process of speaking with trading standards and legal representation on the matter but they have not responded to my emails even though they were quick to respond prior to this.

I have been offered a £100 as compensation, £56 of that 'compensation' is a refund of the delivery fee I paid to have these delivered by 15/10/2026. So in fact they have offered £44 compensation on a nearly £1000 sale for delaying my work by over 3 weeks, having to cancel other trades people who were lined up to carry out other work like fitting gas lines which requires the worktops in place to be able to connect the gas hob.

The offer of the aforementioned £100 was also on the premise that I take down this review.

The product quality is excellent, and the price is very competitive. They even called to check something because it looked like I had made a mistake whilst ordering (I had)! Very fast turnaround time too.

Firstly very quick with sending samples which are of a good size and quality.

We ordered and again delivery was 2 days later and plenty of communication, and even followed my directions as delivery men fly round the corner and often miss the house.

As yet not fitted, but looks nice.
