House of Worktops Reviews

Ordered quite a few samples and delivery was very quick and now I have finally picked one so
I shall put my order in

Please dont order from this company. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Initially they changed my delivery date even after I confirmed the day before. They arrived 4 days later than confirmed. Once they did arrive, they have sent me the wrong worktops. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve this and wont send new worktops until their next delivery to my area on 16th october. I am now without a working kitchen, I have 2 children and I have no cooking facilities or water as these were removed ready for the worktops. They could not give a damn. I am so frustrated and due to this being no fault of my own, thought they would go out there way to resolve this but haven't. Please dont waste your money using this company.

Samples arrived quickly.

Ordered , three samples, immediately told me the order was placed and that they would be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Came today , which is five days. Very pleased with the service.

Great customer service, made the ordering very easy.
Submitted my thumb-nail drawings and CAD drawings were quickly returned. Worktops ordered and received within a week.
Excellent quality worktops and delivery service.

Ordered samples, came quickly and were brilliant in size to get a real feel of how they would work in the kitchen. Looking forward to ordering my new worktops

Ordering was easy and I was contacted to check the order. Delivery was quicker than expected and tracked well.
The actual worktop material was as expected but one of the cuts was out by 5mm so didn't immediately fit. Despite hearing horror stories about how hard this stuff is to cut, it was actually easy with a DIY level jigsaw and wood blades if you took it slow. The cut faces also sand well and buff smooth with wet n dry paper, and iny opinion looks better than the bevels supplied. Overall good experience but...

The level of advertising this company pushes on Google and Meta is mad! Even after blocking the ads keep coming even though I've bought!

Excellent communication via chat gave me link for worktop samples ordered received next day! Lovely quality now just need to build utility for template up order worktop

Very easy process from initial discussions to the final ordering, all delivered as promised and the quality of the product is excellent.

QUICK DELIVERY EASY TO DEAL WITH, WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR?

Highly recommend House of Worktops. Needed new beech unit which was perfectly cut to dimensions requested. Excellent advice at purchase as wanted to match with extensive beech worktops we have. Communication at all times excellent and delivery right on the button. Well done from ordering to receipt.

Delivered on time, very well packaged. Quality of the worktop was excellent.

Ramya was super helpful with details helping us find the counter top and sorting out a delivery.

I’ve used this company on several occasions and they always deliver on time and in excellent condition. Great range of options to chose from too.

Excellent, communication, confirmation and clarification as needed. Delivered exactly the day and even time they said they would be here. The tops are perfect and the delivery guys put them right where we wanted them saving us the hassle later. Highly recommended.
