fast shipping. target seems to be very good quality. I have not shot it yet... my bow comes today... I hope. but seem like this target will stop any arrow at any speed. it is very heavy!!!

Found outside the docks on the Internet while searching for products. Paid for the droducts. Found out the next day that what I paid for wasn’t in stock although the website showed several. Was a disappointment for sure. I would not recommend them

Edit; initially I was upset at the quality of the product and difficulty find a return option. After contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and even issued me a full refund without having to return the product. Excellent customer service!

The battery you sent me is bad.
I would like to update my comment from yesterday, the battery that I received was bad. This morning I called Exothermic Technologies and they are sending me a new tested battery. I also received a call back from Outside the Docks and talked to Jason. He offered to send me a replacement or refund me. I said no that's OK. I don't want to double dip. I just want to say that the customer service from both of these companies are top notch. Thumbs up to both of you! Terry, Cornell, Wisconsin.

Terry - thank you for the chat this morning. I am glad you reached out to the manufacturer and they confirmed the batch of batteries were bad and that they are sending you a new one. Great Due Diligence! :)
If that by chance does not work out with the new battery, please feel free to reach out and I will have my product team work on it with the manufacturer. It does seem that they are sending you a tested one though.
