My 1st order
This was my 1st order from Outsidethedocks so I wasn't sure what to expect. Items were as described and well packaged. Shipping was a little slower then expected [ordered on 2/1 arrived on 2/12] but it was free so no complaints. All in all Good Service with No Issues and will purchase again

Awesome! Thanks for the review!!! Yes - we have completed some warehouse software change to help us better serve our customers... No excuses - but the upgrade did not go as well as we hoped which cause a few delays in shipping. We are on track now! We appreciate your patience on that one - and we appreciate the order!
Have an awesome day!

Great experience shopping at Outside the Docks. Items I was looking for at a better price than other big online stores. Shipping was quick and they helped out a lot when I forgot to order something before checking out. Would for sure check here first next time I need something.

I was very impressed with my experience with Outside the Docks! Shipping was prompt and customer service was excellent. When I determined that I didn’t actually need the item and inquired about a return, Jason responded promptly with an RA# and they handled the refund promptly as well. Will do business with again!
