Catherine you have given me no option, to do this, as I thought we left on good terms, I only worked for oven gleamers in the office for a month, I could not carry on as it was not for me, making up to 70 plus calls a day to customers. I was. Not enjoying the work, so I left when recently was offered a role, my new company spoke to me and told me that Catherine had given me a bad reference, I for one would not recommend this company to work for, when Catherine seems to be a jekle and Hyde character blowing hot and cold daily, am glad am out of it

Arrived on time , did a brilliant clean

Despite excellent cleaning undertaken by Sammy, I sadly have to give a poor review to this company. On booking I was sent a payment link for £296. I then received a text message (after payment) to tell me the price was actually £353 and so I needed to pay extra. I did this.
On the day Sammy arrived late due to an earlier job running for longer than expected. When the office called me to let me know I informed them that I needed the work finished by a certain time (30 minutes later than the block of time we had agreed) and that if he couldn't finish it in that time we would need either to reschedule or for him to do some of the work and come back on a later day to finish. Sammy has done some lovely work on the AGA, but when I spoke to the office to arrange for him to come and finish the job later in the week they informed me that they would have to charge me an additional call out fee for this. This was not mentioned in their T&Cs and seems inappropriate as the missed window for the work was their issue, not mine.

Was notified was going to be abit late then turned up on time stated . Friendly and polite and did brilliant clean . 2 combination microwaves looking like new .

Used this company a couple of times and very happy with the work. Professional and arriving on time. What not to like.

This is our second time we have used this company and we are extremely happy with the service from booking to completion of the task on our range cooker which is spotless.
We also enjoy Catherine’s emails on tips, recipes and news of offers. I would highly recommend.

Booked easily and availability was good. Arrived on time and quickly cleaned both oven and microwave. Now both looking very clean and shiny!

Alex (based in Chelmsford) came to clean my range cooker today and did an excellent job. He worked cleanly and efficiently and my oven looks like new again! Would definitely recommend

From the first phone call to Oven Gleam I felt confident they were a good company. Kevin arrived promptly and did a fantastic job on my double oven, leaving it looking sparkling brand new after 1 1/2 hours dedicated work. I’ve no hesitation in giving them a 5 star review!

Just had our double oven cleaned by ovengleamers. It hadn’t been done for 5 years so it was a job that definitely needed doing. Andre took great pride in his work and left the ovens looking like new.
We were delighted with the service and definitely recommend.

The oven looks like it has just come out of the showroom. I couldn’t believe how it was possible to clean it to such a high standard.

Ian was late arriving, the job having already moved forward half an hour, but it didn’t matter too much though family members had to have a late lunch! I was asked when booking if there was off road parking. I said there was and I would make sure husband and sons’ cars were off it. When Ian arrived he said he preferred to leave his car in the road in case of damage to the drive. This was very thoughtful but meant I hadn’t needed to disturb the workers to move their cars. Lack of communication?
After the start things got much better. Ian was very efficient, quiet and thorough. It took him over the two hours but the oven was dirty! When he had finished it really did gleam and he left the work area clean. I was very pleased with the finished job and will definitely book Ian again. Thank you.

Very friendly service. Excellent communication. Kevin worked a solid 3 1/2 hours on my range cooker and hood and I am very pleased with the finished product. I would definitely be using oven Gleamers again.
