Ovensupport LTD

AVOID - I booked this company years ago for an oven clean when I was moving out of a rental property.

On the day of the clean they called me to let me know it couldn’t be completed as the cleaner had called in sick- no problem, these things happen.
Since I was moving out I needed it done ASAP so requested a refund and got the service elsewhere. Again, refund was sorted, all good… or so I thought.

Ever since I booked them for at least 3 years I have received copious spam calls from many different numbers. Live calls with real people, AI bot calls, voicemails, the lot.

On every live call I have asked them to remove me from their contact list and told them that I do not consent to being contacted any further. This has clearly been ignored every time as I continue to receive calls.

I have reported them to the ICO many times and have registered my number with the Telephone Preference Service.

I still continue to receive these harassing sales calls despite it being illegal for them to call my number, as registered with TPS.

I booked a double oven clean for 10th October. I received a call on the morning to say the cleaner could not attend (no longer with ovensupport) and to call to rebook. Unfortunately there were no other date suitable so I requested a refund of my £85.00. I was told it would be processed and could take up to 14 days. Its now been 14 days and no refund. I called and they said they would chase the payment. I would not book with this company and I will continue to chase until monies are refunded.

Toby was a great ambassador for Ovensuppirt from the off. Very polite and courteous. Explained everything really well and so clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Good clean and good advice about getting an oven tray to collect splashes etc

This is the first time I haven't cleaned them myself.
Simon has done an absolutely wonderful job.
My oven, hob and dishwasher look like they are brand new again.
I will definitely be using this service again.

Person who cleaned my oven was on time. Oven was cleaned very well. He was efficient and thorough. I would use Ovensupport again.

Really pleased with service.
Would highly recommend.
Booking process was easy and communication was spot on.
We were happy with end result. Oven looked like new.

Great service appliances very clean and shiny. Kevin was polite and did a great job thanks

The oven looks like new again . Dean was very efficient . Once booked i received a call and the operator tried to upsell other products . If you are someone who is easily persuaded then they would probably have given in to the pressure . As i was already asked if i wanted other appliances cleaned on the booking form , there shouldn't have been any need for it .
I did order some oven mats and thought they would be given to me by the cleaner . But he said they would be sent in the post . I wasn't made aware of that at time of puchase . But was happy with the service provided by Dean and the outcome of the clean.

Stephen was very efficient arrived on time very polite left my double oven looking like new very happy with the service and would recommend.

The oven clean was very thorough and left the oven microwave and cooker hood in excellently clean condition. Staff were informative prompt and very polite.

Efficient and friendly service

I received a call first thing in the morning and within no time the guy was here and getting on with cleaning my oven. He was very friendly and polite and did a brilliant job. My oven looks brand new now. He tidied and cleaned up after he’d completed the work and was gone within the hour. I will definitely be using Oven Support again.

Very positive experience. Spor on time for appointment. Paul (ng31) was efficient, polite and left me with a gleaming oven and hob. Would recomend this company.

Very good oven clean polite and efficient cleaned up after the work and oven looked like new

Simon was very polite and he cleaned my cooker and extractor really well. They were both filthy. He did a really good job and I was really pleased with the end result. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Callum came into our home and immediately set to work on our oven, stove and extractor fan. He is young and personable. My wife and I were amazed at how quickly he worked. We offered Callum a drink, but he refused, saying I need to get on with the job.
I would say that the Company needs to recruit more "Callums".

Simon, the Oven support technician , arrived early and easily found my location.

He was approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable about my Oven and how to effectively clean it and bring it back into showroom condition. He did this very professionally.

I was delighted with Oven support and shall certainly be using their services again but asking for Simon to be sent

Toby 23 was on time polite and professional.
