All good, oven looks new

Really good clean from a very personable man. He phoned when he was on his way. The clean was excellent and there was no mess afterwards. He explained the clean at the end.

Shockingly poor.. It's not the job it's the confusion and mi's information and not turning up when they say they will...... Then spammed constantly by Jessica the Ai assistant who calls you multiple times a day like today.. A Sunday... And all last week when I was on holiday.... Piss off Jessica. And take my off your system like I asked multiple times

Oven is sparkling. Technician was friendly, professional and efficient.

Very polite friendly efficient team, really easy to book online, they then call you a few days before to see if there is anything else such as dishwasher extractors etc, they sometimes knock money off if you are having cooker cleaned they may offer dishwasher or extractor at a cheaper price
Luke was our oven cleaner and he arrived on time and left zero mess. Will be using again. Only disappointment was the cleaning solution they use leaves chalky residue which I had to clean next day. I had chance to ask Luke to do it but it was minor so did it myself

Moved into new home and the oven was disgusting. We were going to buy a new one but thought we would give Oven Support a go first. So glad we did because the guy had it looking virtually brand new in less than an hour for just £60, saving us an absolute fortune. Thank you Oven Support. Very Happy customer 😀

I was let down a number of times due to excuses why they couldn't attend appointments finally I asked for.money return I gave one more chance they turned up on that occasion cleaned oven and hob ok nothing special.

I recently used Oven Support for a clean, and I want to highlight that the technician, Ash, was wonderful and did a great job on the oven clean itself.

However, my experience with the company overall has been very disappointing for two main reasons:

Aggressive Sales Tactics: Before I had even experienced their service, they pushed hard to get me to sign up for a monthly payment plan to secure next year's clean, claiming I could "only lock in this price right now." Pushing subscriptions on first-time customers before the job is even done feels very pushy and manipulative.

Unresolved Refund: During the visit, the technician advised they were unable to clean my air fryer due to its aluminium material. I was told by the technician that their office would email me to process a £25 refund for the unfulfilled part of the service. Despite following up with multiple emails, the company has completely ignored my communications, and I still have not received my refund.

While Ash's work on the day was excellent, the aggressive upselling and complete lack of post-service customer care mean I wouldn't recommend using them.

Very easy to book, I needed to rearrange and that was no trouble either. Great service from ASH GU51, friendly, courteous and efficient. The oven looks like new. Would recommend!

Jose did an excellent job in cleaning our oven. Very thorough & professional - it looks like new! Easy to book.

The initial clean was very good however after a couple of cooks there appears to be powdery residue building up on the bottom of my oven. I also did not appreciate the pressured upsell and wanting a monthly payment set up on the phone when paying the deposit. The constant hounding by an AI for a review every day was a joke. I probably would have used them again but don’t want to go through all that again.

Keep receiving hassling calls from an AI bot. At least make the effort to have a human being hassle your past customers over the phone!

Arrived and cleaned oven...when he left my house he failed to disclose that he broke the glass bulb cover in the oven....dishonesty is not acceptable... so I would certainly not recommend their services. I now have to spend time and money to get this fixed.
UPDATE: I did email your customer services and they said because I didn't report it within 24 hours of the clean they would not assist. Bearing in mind I only use my oven on rare occasions since having an air fryer, I did not notice until I went to use it. Obviously from the photos I sent in to customer services ypu can see where the glass bulb cover was broken and probably forced up to stay on...and then it must have fallen off..I am very annoyed about this because I am now going to have to get someone in to fix it ...at the moment I can't use my oven or grill for fear of the remaining pieces of glass cover falling into food!!!!
