After contacting ovensupport I was given a time and date when someone was to come and clean my oven. This was cancelled twice by ovensupport due to no one available at the time. Once someone did come he was very courteous and did the job as well as he could however he did struggle with a couple of screws on the glass door as his tools weren't sufficient to undo them. I lent him mine and he got the screws undone. Overall he did a good job as our oven was in desperate need of a clean.

Constant Sales Calls
The clean was great, however I have been plagued by weekly sales calls since the over was cleaned. I have asked them to stop, blocked mobile numbers and emailed them and they still keep calling to try and sell me products. My next step is to report the company. Such a shame as the clean was great but not worth the weekly sales calls since it was booked in.
update : after the reply below and another email - I was called again today with another voicemail! It is daily calls now and so contacting ICO re these nuisance calls.
