Ovensupport LTD

Tobyv was given the wrong address by his work colleagues on two different occasions. However he still turned up and did an excellent job after travelling for a number of hours. He is a first class employee I k would recommend him at anytime

GU Dave was very friendly and professional called 30 minutes before to let me know was on his way. Very efficient and excellent job cooker looked brand new thankyou

Very bad service I booked for an oven clean and few other equipment on the 25th September they cancel 5 times saying the same thing Staff are sick just like every bad review on here no good at all. When I asked for a confirmation of Refund on my email they have not response to my enquire as they keep saying I should recieved it and get confirmation email which is not happening anyway if I don’t have my Refund I will be taking legal action . Please avoid this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOUR PHONE WILL CEASE TO BE USABLE AS OVEN SUPPORT, WITH THEIR AI BOT, WILL BE CONTACTING YOU MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY AND FOREVER AFTER. THEY CANNOT BE BLOCKED AS THEY USE DIFFERENT MOBILE NUMBERS TO CALL FROM AND REFUSE TO TAKE YOUR NUMBER OFF THEIR CALL LIST.

Fantastic. The oven was immaculate and the conversation was exceptional!

Max was amazing!! From first contact to the moment he left a really lovely guy and extremely thorough. The oven was in a horrific state (not my doing!!!) but he went above and beyond to make it the best it possibly could be. He even nattered away with my dad for the whole time too. Extremely kind, efficient, hard working, could not be happier. My oven is sparkling inside and out and I feel I can actually cook for people in it now. Thank you so much! If there were more stars I’d give them happily!!

Great service easy to book online good communication through out

Fantastic oven and hob clean staff very pleasant and helpful .

Cleaner was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Would definitely use again. Not keen on the use of AI for booking and follow up though. Would prefer a real person.

Always polite ,some of the guys do a better job than others, hence the 4 star. Some leave a powder residue on the oven where they have failed to wash off properly.

Excellent service from Matthew

I would 100% book again. We had Jamie, I'd recommend, very professional and great communication from the start to the end. My oven looks brand new and didnt take long at all

We booked a job with these people to clean our range cooker a couple of weeks ago. We paid a deposit at the time of booking. We then had a call from them yesterday asking for the balance to be paid before before they even arrived! This is rubbish business practice. We have had other tradespeople who take a payment after the job has been done and before they leave. Our deposit should have been a sign of our good intention.

This morning, we get an e-mail from them telling us that the job will not go ahead, because the operative is unwell. No call, an e-mail! When I finally get through to them, they offer us a new date in 2 week's time, for a job we have already paid for. They should have gone out of their way to accommodate us much sooner than that.

I told the person I spoke to today to cancel the job and refund us., This kind of service we do not need!

I see from other reviewers that they take weeks to issue refunds, if ever. I hope we don't get treated like that as pensioners. When the money stays in their account, they are making money off the back of us, and we are losing out!

Stay away from this company. They are arrogant and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

Excellent service from the office to the cleaning guy. I felt informed and comfortable from start to finish.

The oven support team are great .Steve cleaned my oven second time I've had him lovely person a very happy polite soul .My oven looks like new thank you so much Steve look forward to next time

I paid £55 for a Neff hide and slide oven clean.I specifically wanted the door cleaned.
The service engineer arrived and couldn't remove the door and called the company to request a refund for me.

I received an email from the company to say they would process the refund in 14 days.
That was over a month ago and i still haven't received payment.
Phoned once to chase and they said they would expedite payment. Still haven't received any refund.
Finally had a response from Oven support saying they ha e refunded me. Unfortunately they only refunded me half the amount!

Called asking if they could bring the date forward then cancelled last minute leaving me in a massive problem. Been struggling for six weeks to get money back. I see they’ve done this to a lot of people…!!

We have a very old oven that needed some TLC and a serious clean. All things considered the finished clean has transformed it and although old it is clean and looks excellent. Thank you Jacob CH45 for a job well done.

Great service from Max, very polite and professional. Oven looks like new 😊 will definitely use again

Punctual, on time and pleasant operator good Price and will use again
