The oven clean was OK
The oven clean was OK, the guy who cleaned it was very sweet but overall job was not worth the money. They agreed a partial refund for me but I have been waiting for this for 3 weeks now and have phoned several times. You never get an email response and they don't call when they say they will. Impossible to get hold of management to escalate further. So overall would not use again

I would give 5stars for my oven cleaner - he was prompt, friendly and did a great job.
I wasn’t as keen on the multiple AI phone calls and the hard sell when having to pay the bill prior to the visit.

Oven broken
We had our single oven cleaned, it worked perfectly fine before the clean but now does not work. Customer service when trying to get a resolution was terrible, I phoned and was directed to an email address and when they refused to help was sent to another email address to complain, then directed to a phone number when I asked for a refund. Eventually got a response from the director saying as I didn’t report it within 24hr they are not accepting any liability. Not only will we not be refunded we now have to pay to have our oven repaired or replaced.
Would not recommend!

AI bot spams you to book in another clean…
Oven clean fine but they have now 'hired' an AI bot who will incessantly call you from different numbers to book in another clean (so you can never effectively block them) I have had 4 calls today.... there seems to be no way to take your number off their call list. A shame really because I think I'm going to need to report them as a GDPR breach to get them to stop with the AI calls.

Good oven clean service
Steven was friendly and professional. Very happy with the oven clean, it looks new. Disappointed with the washing machine clean; lots of grime, soap scum, fabric conditioner residue left, washer was left on a wash with a cleaner. I felt I could have done the same clean. This is a large company, spoke to different people every time I rang, date and time not always available with the cleaner, full payment needed before the date which I didn’t feel comfortable with, lots of AI calls for a review after the service.
