Paid deposit for cleaning oven ect, 24 hrs prior to visit, got a call from salesman trying to pressure me into having other appliances cleaned finished up buying a oven mat at that point they also took the remaining balance for the job. To day job booked between 1&4 and just after 2 get call saying running late can't come but will rebook my job for 11th Nov in 2 weeks, told them refund my money, my gut instinct is because it's a small job and I told them that their cleaner shouldn't try and sell anything to me as I can easily get overwhelmed (68 with brain tumour)
Now it's great they are so busy that they can't fit me in for 2 weeks but let's see how long it takes to refund my money, again I reckon that I will have to chase it up.

Used them once 4 years ago since then they have phoned at least once a month to book again and they can quite forceful and rude. I have asked many times and sent many emails requesting they stop contacting me and now the have switched to an AI bot so not even blocking the 100s of numbers they call from stops it getting through yesterday I had 4 calls, 3 within 2 hours and had more calls today. I have now submitted a formal complaint to ICO as this is ridiculous. Until they stop contacting me I will continue to leave negative reviews as they should not be trusted with people's phone numbers!

Really pleased, on time, Robert (EH48) was tidy, efficient and friendly, the oven clean was swift and looked fantastic. It would have been easier to do this review if the order number was included reminder emails as I had trouble logging into my account to get it and can’t reference it.

I would urge anyone not to use this company. The worker was friendly and polite throughout but damage was caused to a tiled kitchen floor by chemical spill. The central administration response to seeking damages (now thankfully resolved ) was nearly at every stage unreasonable: ie slow beyond belief, disbelieving despite evidence, bordering on aggressive in writing, thoroughly non understanding of particular circumstances
Buyer beware

All the professionals I've had out to clean and fix my oven have been excellent. The most recent was Ash GU51. They are professional and do an excellent job. The team on the phones are professional too, but they don't communicate with each other. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I've had the wrong items ordered repeatedly even when I clarified this. And wrong information was given to the cleaner coming out to do the work. They also called me giving contradictory information. So what should have taken a few weeks to sort out, took months. If the office team communicated amongst themselves better, I'd given the whole service 5 stars, but can't for now.

Jamie was great, very friendly and polite. He did a great job of cleaning my double oven, extractor fan and my washing machine. It’s the second time I’ve used them for oven cleaning now and they’ve done a grand job on both occasion! No mess left behind either!

Rob did a first class job on our ovens and we are very pleased. Will certainly rebook next year.

Jamie came to clean our ovens and left them looking like new. I would definately recommend

⭐ 1 star – Disappointing service and unexpected charges

The booking process was straightforward, and I was given a sensible appointment slot. The cleaner arrived within the allotted time, although he didn’t call beforehand and turned up at the back door, which was a bit of a surprise!

I booked and paid upfront for a double oven clean (£60) and a package covering four hob and extractor cleans and two oven mats (£55).

The oven clean itself was okay. It looks better than before, but the job was very quick and there is still a considerable amount of white dust coming out of the oven afterwards. I wasn’t given any warning that this might happen, or any advice about whether it’s safe to cook in the oven or what this residue might mean for the food I’m preparing.

The hob and extractor cleaning was particularly disappointing. Both appeared to have received little more than a quick wipe over – something I already do every week myself. The extractor filter wasn’t even removed and cleaned. For £55, I expected a proper clean, not a quick once-over. The cleaner was here for less than 45 minutes in total.

I was also sent a one-time passcode to confirm completion of the job, but this wasn’t requested by the cleaner at all.

Initially, I was unimpressed but probably wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review. However, the subsequent customer service has made the experience considerably worse.

I’ve been called almost daily by their AI feedback service, John, which has become a real nuisance. Then, two weeks after the clean, I noticed a pending £7.50 transaction from Oven Support on my bank account.

I called the feedback number back, only to be directed to the office. A very helpful lady explained that the £7.50 was apparently a payment towards my next clean, spread over 10 months.

Excuse me – what next clean? I never knowingly signed up for this, and I’ve received no correspondence explaining that I had agreed to any ongoing payment arrangement. When I asked to cancel it, I was told this couldn’t be done over the phone and that I had to email instead.

The whole experience has been disappointing, from the standard of cleaning and lack of communication to the persistent feedback calls and an unexpected payment arrangement that I didn’t knowingly agree to.

I certainly won’t be using Oven Support again, and I would advise others to check carefully what they are agreeing to when booking and paying.

Great service. Oven looks amazing. no toxic smells or residue. Would definitely book again Only negative I would say is lots of calls after clean to give feedback.

My Technician Scot send a message an hour before he was scheduled to arrived which was really helpful. He arrived punctually and was very professional, polite and respectful.
The Oven and Dishwasher were cleaned to an excellent standard. I am very pleased with the Oven. It is clean and gleaming…!! He left the workspace clean and tidy and advised me that the Oven Mats would send via mail.
The Company have a handy App where one can manage one’s Bookings and contact information for Customer Services.

Steve did a great job with my oven. I am delighted with it, I can see through the glass and he even cleaned the rubber seal. It was easy to book, the communication was good, and the price reasonable. Steve was very tidy in his work, no mess or inconvenience. He also gave us useful advice. Highly recommend him and the service

Excellent service from Oven Support! Max was fantastic, he gave great advice and did an amazing job cleaning the oven. It looks like new! He was also honest enough to point out that the hob and extractor clean I’d booked wasn’t needed, saving me money. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who is genuinely honest and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Max and Oven Support!

From the moment I booked I had such an amazing experience with customer service ensuring my booking was confirmed and I had all the relevant services required. On the morning I had great communication again from customer service and Dave who was the guy who attended. He was so friendly, up for a laugh and did an amazing job in record time. I was so so impressed with the clean he delivered and clean up after was great. Communication was brilliant throughout the whole process!

Dave was spot on time and cracked on and the result was sparkling. Really good service
