slooooooow.... sent wrong prescription, gave me hideous headaches, had to return glasses, and then sloooooow again..... still waiting over 3 weeks.... where's the "overnight" in this company . Absolute dross customer service that responds from somewhere outside the US 24hrs after message is sent and pitiful quality control. This is the 3rd time they've messed up. I'm done with these clowns.

The quality of the frames and the lenses are equal to if not better than some of the chain stores. The response time is better than the stores too. I would choose this option again!

I just had eye surgery & urgently needed new eyeglasses immediately. OG is terrific! My glasses arrived perfectly measured. VERY IMPRESSED.

Great, I got exactly what I ordered. 2 pair, 1 regular 1 sunglasses. Regular pair arrived on my doorstep within 24hrs. I emailed customer support wondering where my 2nd pair is as it was unclear in the package tracker if both or just one had shipped. They responded next day (Sunday) that the second pair would be here Tuesday. Not bad as it does say on the website it may take longer for some special orders. I'll admit I wasn't sure if this was legit or not. Hard to believe they can receive a prescription order, cut and fit to frames and ship across the US within 24 hours but they did.

I’m leaving this company a five star review because they made an error right and kept me informed along the way. I ordered glasses and sent in my frames. A week later they arrived. When I tried them on, I knew right away that something was wrong. Not my prescription. I contacted the company and emailed Christine their company rep and she replied extremely fast and sent me a new shipping label. She also kept me informed along the way. I got my glasses today and they are perfect. I realize sometimes companies mess up. I work for one that deals with many customers but it’s how they deal with mistakes is also very helpful. I understood and the glasses are now perfect. Mistakes happen and sometimes customers need to be understanding too. Kudos to Christine for making it right!!!

Quick turnaround on new lenses that were put into my own frame. The prescription is perfect. I'm very happy with the service they provide. I had read reviews about them taking a long time--far, far longer than "overnight,"--so I was a bit concerned. However, those fears were unfounded. While the service definitely took longer than overnight, it was fast: 2 days for them to get the frames I sent; about a week to complete the lenses; 2 days to ship them back. Granted, I live ~250 miles from the business location, so, not very far, but I'm still impressed.

I am so impressed and now only going to buy glasses from Overnight Glasses! I was on vacation and my prescription sunglasses broke and we still had 4 days left- there was no way to get prescription sunglasses same day or quickly anywhere and I happened to come across the website on Google. I took a chance and thought no way would they actually be here by the next day- but it was a worth a shot because I really needed sunglasses and it was hard to see without my prescription ones. I was able to easily put in my order and even used the auto pd scan because I couldn’t find mine on my prescription. I was really skeptical and thought no way would name brand sunglasses arrive within 24 hours but to my surprise they arrived before noon the next day and totally saved me from being miserable!! I highly recommend Overnight Glasses!

I needed progressive glasses asap and rolled the dice on this because I was out of options before an event where I desperately needed to use a new prescription. Their site is super easy, very clear, incredibly communicative when I needed to swap a customization out after purchase, and with that delay my glasses came in 5 days (which included a long holiday weekend. ) They fit great, look cute, and the field of vision for each part of the progressive lenses is great! I hope they hold up long term - I'm totally ordering from them when I can afford to get sunglasses as well.

I bought some glasses from Glasses USA and it took them 6 weeks to deliver my order, that I had to return because they were the wrong size. With Glasses Overnight I placed and order and had them on my face 2 days later! Thanks!

OG was great. I sent in my prescription and my frames and they sent back my cut glasses very quickly.

Sent them 40+ year old Ray-Ban Wayfarers for new lenses. Always risky because acetate frames get fragile after a few years. Overnight Glasses understandably made me sign a waiver saying I knew there was a risk they might break given the age and the oxidized hinges. Since the acetate hadn't formed the white film indicating they were dried up, I risked it -- and I *LOVE* the result. Put the Transitions Gray-Green lenses in to mimic what they would have had, and they turned out perfect ! They don't look brand new, because they're not, but they look like the best version of themselves, and they're not longer exiled to the sock drawer! Order was received fast with minimum fuss, and I'm telling everyone where to get new lenses from now on!

My new Persol “sunglasses” arrived today – it was a quick turnaround. They are perfect with regards to both tinting and prescription. EXCELLENT! I will order from them again and recommend to others.
