Christine has been helpful both times I’ve reached out to overnight glasses. My experience with them has been great. It’s so dang fast to get your glasses!

I should wait until it's daytime. BUT honestly, my Prada frames are a small fortune stateside. So I bought these in London. I have to travel next weekend and wanted my new glasses to have transitions and all the fixin's just not 500$+ dollars. I looked up Overnight Glasses, yes mixed reviews. BUT they delivered. I sent them out last friday got them in a week, do they transition, I don't know yet BUT I had fast turn around AND I can see out of them which is already a win. Plus my eyes are a little more at ease in front of my screen. So WORTH every penny. My script is HIGH and at other retailers it can run about 500$ +/- JUST for the lenses. So this was a solid deal in total with rush delivery my lenses were under 280$. I will update it if the transitions do not work as promised but we will cross that bridge tomorrow morning.

They have a great selection of frames and lens. Most importantly, they turned my order from start to finish in 4 days! Great terms for replacements, changes and customer service is fantastic.

Overnight glasses is fantastic-they immediately answered my chats and phone calls when I desperately needed a pair of glasses in about a day and a half. They walked me through exactly what I could and couldn’t order and get within that timeframe. I was delighted I could get progressive lenses with all of the nice reflective coating and a Quite stylish looking frame. Their tool for both suggesting frames and allowing you to virtually try them on works extremely well and I used them. Their customer service was top-notch and they quickly answered both chat and phone calls quickly and without going through AI gatekeepers that most other companies seem to have adopted. this is a true mark of great customer service these days.

I found overnight glasses after having a particularly bad experience just trying to get anyone to talk to me at another service either via chat or phone-neither worked.

The resulting pair of glasses is excellent and they even offer a exchange program if you’re not fully satisfied with what came in the mail.

Christine answered my question, and even provided extra information that was relevant and helpful. I think this is the best place to get glasses online, which is a lot less expensive than going to an optometrist store.

I needed to know what glasses I could get within a day or two due to leaving on a trip. Customer service rep Christine (on chat) was excellent in telling me exactly what I could and couldn't order, timing, etc. to assure I would have the glasses in time for my trip.

Great customer service and support

Mixed results.
The lenses were fine and when the surface broke down after 3 months they were replaced quickly at no charge. However their information on which insurance they take was wrong and I ended up paying out of pocket even though I had a listed insurance

I initially had my drill mount rimless Matsuda glasses done here with progressive/xtractive lenses in brown. After several months the coating on the lenses were giving me a problem. Overnight took care of me 100%. I sent pictures to show my concern. They agreed and emailed me a shipping label to send them back for warranty. 10 days later I had new lenses. Thank you so much. I can't see without em' -WL

I just received my replacement glasses and they are exactly what I was looking for—finally, a perfect fit for my big head! The process of finding the right pair was made so much easier thanks to the fantastic support and advice I received.

The lenses are perfect. I sent them existing frames with dots where my pupils are, and they got the progressive transition just right. (I've had problems with other lens providers.)

What made it great was the customer service! I ordered a pair of glasses and BAM ! They were at my doorstep next day. Which is an amazing feat because I live in rural western colorado and nothing ever comes overnight. The lenses were a little wonky for me so I contacted customer service ans Denisse was a great help. She sent me a new shipping label so I could have my glasses fixed. Then she asked for pictures of how the glasses sat on my face. Then we decided that the PD was wrong. Very important that YOU measure this if your eyes are dark in color. The team repaired my glasses and then they shipped them OVERNIGHT again! You just can not explain the relief when I put them on and they were perfect! No eye strain or weirdness at all.
I just wanted to say Thank you to the team that made and fixed my glasses! You are all pretty sharp in my book!

I ordered a pair of line less bifocals but after I received them I realized that what I needed were progressives. I emailed Overnight Glasses and Christine replied promptly and helped me work through my issue. I sent my glasses back and they made them into progressives and mailed them back at no extra charge.
The glasses are well made with good quality lens. With the wonderful customer service I feel very comfortable ordering a second pair for back up.

I ended up in this site after placing a glasses order with Warby Parker- 67 days later I still don’t have my glasses. They have jumped the shark. Out of desperation, I searched the Internet and found overnightglasses.com. Wow I literally recieved glasses in 24 hours. So easy to order! I even ended up switching frames after placing the order and they were so responsive and quick to make the change in order to make sure I was satisfied. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. They’re doing it right.

I purchased two pairs of glasses. One was excellent in all ways, the other needed an exchange due to a design flaw with the clip-on sunglasses. Christine was very helpful, and made the exchange process simple. Denisse later answered one of my questions promptly and kindly.
