I was worried it was a scam but it was not and they arrived on time

Efficient. Overall, large variety of options for Rx glasses. Quick response by OG when the color option I selected was no longer available, as well as immediate reply when I responded with some f/u questions prior to confirming my second choice. I received my new rimless Rx glasses within 3-4 days (ordered during overnight/2-day delivery free coupon/code w add’l time for rimless -as noted by OG- plus prob a day to update my order w second pref.). Love my glasses. second time using OG. I also just ordered a ‘backup’ of different semi-rimless rx glasses & 1 Rx sunglass pair & can’t wait to get them! High quality with a nice case for the glasses with lens cleaner & cloth included (a surprise to me). ; Highly recommend OG!

I was extremely pleased with the service and quality that I received. I have had bad experiences in the past with online glasses and I was nervous. I had been planning a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday 11/19 to see Cirque du Soleil with my wife. The Tuesday before we left, I was playing with my dog in the backyard when he head butted me during tug of war and knocked off my glasses. He had them mangled before I could get them back. My backup pair of glasses had an old prescription and weren't very good for distance. The local opticians were not able to get me glasses in less than 2 weeks. I googled 24 hour glasses and Overnight Glasses came up. I had everything ordered by noon Wed and was told I would receive them Sat, the day before we left. I wanted more margin so I emailed the company and Christine replied to me and said they would move me up in the production schedule so I could receive them by Fri. Sure, enough, they arrived Friday at noon and I had excellent glasses for the show that Sunday.

Shopping was a breeze. The information provided along the way made it easy to understand what my options are. Unfortunately my frames peeled on one section. I contacted customer support and Denisse Avenido was my support agent. She was superb all the way and offered a free exchange of equal value. I can pick a new frame of my choice (I will choose plastic this time) and mail my current ones in after I get the new ones. Excellent site and excellent customer service. I used to shop at Costco for my glasses. This site offers much more choices-- options I never even knew that existed. My quality of life has improved with these new glasses. It took me a little while to get used to the new fields of visions, but I see the big difference when I went back to the old pair. It takes some time to get used to it, but trust me, it is worth the time and patience. I highly recommend this site.

I was skeptical at first ordering online for my new glasses but I gave it a try and my glasses just arrived today and they're amazing. I highly recommend overnight glasses to anyone needing a new pair of glasses or prescription change. The frames I picked fit just right and I love them. . . . . . .

I had been wearing progressive lenses for years and thought I’d give no-line bifocals a try from Overnight Glasses. I was disappointed with what I got as they were pretty much unwearable. They just weren’t going to work for me. I contacted customer support and told them the glasses weren’t going to work and that I’d like them to try again with progressive lenses. I paid the difference between the two ($9) and sent the bifocal glasses back to them. I received them the next day after they got my glasses back, and they are absolutely perfect. I’ve used other online stores before and waited weeks to get my glasses. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing I can get a quality product delivered overnight. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
