Variety of quotes with great rates.

I was interested how much I should anticipate to get for a mortgage Loan, and I was informed as an approximate amount. That gave me some confidence.

Before going to Own Up, I received quotes from two different lenders. Own Up beat these quotes by a large margin on both rate and closing costs. Upon bringing this to another lender, they said they could match those terms, which made me more eager to stick with Own Up where they gave me the absolute best terms right away, not after seeing the competition.

The representative has been responsive, provided clear numbers, answered any questions we had and recommended the best terms for us.
