Ryan from OwnUp was extremely friendly and helpful. He was willing to review an estimate from an existing lender and help me compare the rate and fees to those from other lenders. He also helped to answer extraneous questions I had about title companies and closing costs. I definitely found a better mortgage deal with Ryan and OwnUp's help than I would have if I had only called one lender in my local area.
