Products are junk and the price shown isn’t even close to the final price. Lots of hidden charges. I bought an item that was supposed to be 17 dollars and ended up costing me over 40 dollars. SCAM!

Ordered a smart band for seniors. Wanted to track steps and sleep. Item came and the instructions were in poor English and not useful. The QR code for the app didn't work so I tried numerous apps until I photographed the band, went through google lens to get the name/model to pair app. Heart data are hard to get, works randomly, but the worst is that I noticed it had hundreds of steps added the first night I wore it to bed. I soon realized even typing added steps. Any wrist motion adds steps. It adds them while charging. In other words- junk. Customer service said it was designed that way and not faulty (!!!!) and to return id need to pay to ship it to CHINA. They act like they are local but the whole thing is a scam for cheap crap. Don't waste your money here. I should have guessed the price was too good to be true. Lesson learned.

They will start taking £29.99 subscription and will never refund you money back when you find out. I have been asking for my refund the last 3 months and they keep saying that they have a technical issue and cannot process it.

Actually I would rate my experience as a minus one due to the additional charge of $16.95 which was on October 21, 2025 and added to my credit card account two days after the transaction on October 19,2025. The customer service is terrible and they just keep lying about this eco charge. Now they say that it’s past time for them to issue a refund that you have 14 days to request it BUT the website says 30 days after the date of delivery. Scam company.

I found the Ozerty store recently while looking for suppliers of CA glue that was specifically made for gluing rubber. They seemed to be selling the type of product that I was looking for, however after attempting to make an order for 1 bottle of their CA glue, I later rechecked the order only to discover that I had somehow ordered 3 bottles and had been charged likewise. Possibly the mistake was mine, but I did note the site's rather poor reviews which did kind of make me wonder if perhaps I had been somehow duped into buying more of the product than I actually needed. For the present I think I had best reserve my judgement as to how the mistake came about.

Extra charge added made my order expensive. Delivery slow. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first. Do not buy from this company. Wish I had checked trustpilot first

Ozerty will bill you after the fact for an ECO charge without you permission. And they will not refund monies.
Terrrible company, scam do not use!

If I could give -5 then I would.
Money taken out my account with out permission, then chasing their customer care department for months to get my money back only to be told every time that there’s a fault on the system .

This company not only takes a long time to send product to you.
They take money from your account 2 days after you have completed your order they called it an eco charge and rip another £13.95, The order was for £13.97, and the product is sub power poor quality be warned do not use unless you want ripped off £27.92. For a pair of cheap insoles and cheap half pressure socks.

Total scam, have not received my item or been reimbursed, have contacted the Company numerous times but no real answers to my questions so will just have put thus one down as a loss.

Paid £9 for gloves, not received yet, but real problem is the eco charge of £13 that is not mentioned and taken off your account 2 days later

This company overcharges and the watch band does not work. Added a charge on my credit card without informing me. I had to cancel my card to prevent further additional charges.

Although their response time to your enquiries- mine was about an unknown charge, is quick- no satisfaction is achieved.
After several exchanges of emails- they insisted a copy of the 'unknown charge' from my bank, their reason for the charge o £13.95 was it was an Environmental Charge. Huh?
I am expecting my delivery between 29/10 to 4/11. Let's see!

would like to know why I have had an additional transaction made on my bank account when I have only made one purchase? Order OZ69459UK confirmed for £11.76 and I see another transaction made of £13.95 on the 28/10/2025

Where has this come from? I have alerted my bank to this transaction but this is not how you should be conducting business

Do not order anything from this company, they are a TOTAL SCAM. It has been 60 days since I ordered from them, and have received nothing. They claim that the order has been "delayed," and say that I cannot cancel the order or get a refund until I receive the item and then return it. They also charged an outrageous "eco fee" on the order, which was almost the full value of the entire order. They are thieves, plain and simple. Stay away.
