This company not only takes a long time to send product to you.
They take money from your account 2 days after you have completed your order they called it an eco charge and rip another £13.95, The order was for £13.97, and the product is sub power poor quality be warned do not use unless you want ripped off £27.92. For a pair of cheap insoles and cheap half pressure socks.

Total scam, have not received my item or been reimbursed, have contacted the Company numerous times but no real answers to my questions so will just have put thus one down as a loss.

Paid £9 for gloves, not received yet, but real problem is the eco charge of £13 that is not mentioned and taken off your account 2 days later

This company overcharges and the watch band does not work. Added a charge on my credit card without informing me. I had to cancel my card to prevent further additional charges.

Although their response time to your enquiries- mine was about an unknown charge, is quick- no satisfaction is achieved.
After several exchanges of emails- they insisted a copy of the 'unknown charge' from my bank, their reason for the charge o £13.95 was it was an Environmental Charge. Huh?
I am expecting my delivery between 29/10 to 4/11. Let's see!

would like to know why I have had an additional transaction made on my bank account when I have only made one purchase? Order OZ69459UK confirmed for £11.76 and I see another transaction made of £13.95 on the 28/10/2025

Where has this come from? I have alerted my bank to this transaction but this is not how you should be conducting business

THEN THE WANT YOUR BANK STATEMENT TO CREDIT.
HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD.

KEEPS REVERTING BACK TO SORT FACILITY.

Do not order anything from this company, they are a TOTAL SCAM. It has been 60 days since I ordered from them, and have received nothing. They claim that the order has been "delayed," and say that I cannot cancel the order or get a refund until I receive the item and then return it. They also charged an outrageous "eco fee" on the order, which was almost the full value of the entire order. They are thieves, plain and simple. Stay away.

How are companies like Ozerty uk allowed to trade like this?
Terrible customer service.
Product that is beyond poor quality.
Return system that makes it uneconomical to send back.
TOTAL SCAM,AVOID AT ALL COST.

I tired to purchase 5 blue blocker sunglasses ,. The cost of my receipt didn't reflect the cost on my credit card. They never responded back to me thru emails about that cost . Product not delivered . Put in a dispute with CC company

DO Not use this fraudulent company!
I ordered a senior citizens smart watch. It was advertised as free shipping. However because it was less than £20 they added £I3.50 surcharge but didn’t point this out clearly. Although I complained I got nowhere. The watch broke almost immediately.
Now 3 months later I discovered they have taken £29.99 out of my bank account! Others have experienced the same. Wish I’d come to this site first!

they will take money from you credit card that they have on file from a pervious purchase. They will charge you extra for Eco packing which was not advised and also 4 months later take another $59.99 for a fake subscriptions. stay away at all costs

I ordered this on 9 September 2025 and it arrived with TINY set up instructions which is funny because it’s described as being a watch for the elderly!
The company emailed me instructions but because a charger was not included, I cannot set up the watch because the battery is flat.
For what it’s worth the set up instructions are pretty complex!
Despite repeated requests I have not received a refund.

not even half star scammer / cheater took the money twice for the order which i havnt clicked to complete the order put the card detail but realized this web site is scammer false information given about product delivery then tried to get product insurance / monthly subscription so within a second opt out but they had my card detail even not complete the order , they took the money twice . please please don't use this web site trying to get refund for which they took money twice without authorization. normally monzo card check with customer before money go out but they did not contacted me 2 nd time when they took the money out . strange , hello ozerty give my money back which yiu took twice . taking it further .

Ordered a nail laser for fungus treatment
Paid for the item plus postage as normal then another payment was taken for a different amount a few days later
When I questioned it the customer service team (Mary P.) replied asking for a screenshot of my bank statement to investigate the matter further
I did reply asking her if she thought I was stupid !!
As of today I still haven't received the goods but don't hold out on getting a refund
What a disgusting company this is they don't deserve to be allowed to trade

Pésima experiencia.Se me ocurrió hacer una compra de nada,según fui avanzando en el.pedido no me dio ninguna confianza pero aun así me hicieron el cargo sin completar la compra.Escribi a atención al cliente,primero me dijo q no había pedido registrado,le dije q lo cancelara pero siguió adelante,volví a escribir,luego ya si q había pedido pero.mira ya no se podía cancelar pq había salido (cuando el.aviso de que se cancelara fue inmediata)y tenía q esperar
