This company is deceitful. They sign you up to things you didn’t know about or request and when you request a refund they say they have done it when they have not. Having to claim via card company. Avoid this company like the plague

Ho fatto il reso delle 2 cuffie a conduzione ossea, spiegando che per errore ne avevo ordinate 4 e che noi due le avevamo trattenute, gli ho cercati al loro ufficio di Genova in Italia, del quale fornivano indirizzo, gli ho spedito lettera a/r in lingua inglese accompagnata dal pacco, mi è tornato indietro con la posta, il postino, mi diceva che presso quell'indirizzo non c'era nessuno, era inesistente, ho scritto tramite mail e loro mi hanno risposto che dovevo spedire il pacco ad un indirizzo cinese, ma io l'avevo già spedito sempre con lettera accompagnatoria all'head quarter di Mojo, questa cosa è iniziata ad Aprile, siamo a Giugno, Mojo ha trattenuto il pacco reso, mi ha rispedito indietro raccomandata ' rifiutata' e non mi hanno ad oggi ancora restituito l'importo del reso, più quello che ho speso in posta per tutte le volte che ho provato a fare il reso ad indirizzi tutti diversi.
State attenti....non fate beneficenza a queste persone che vivono sule spedizioni dei resi.

Engaño. Compro un producto por 9,67 euros con envío gratuito y después de cerrar ventanas donde se me ofrecen más servicios que rechazo, veo que con la tarjeta me han cobrado dos importes uno por el producto (9'67) y otro de 24,44 por servicios. Inmediatamente me pongo en contacto por mail con la empresa para anularlo. Y me responden que ya no es posible y que ese importe es por envío urgente ( que yo no solicité) y por una tasa ecológica. Lo dicho un engaño/estafa en toda regla. Página poco honesta. No comprar

ESTAFA. Compras algo por un precio y cuando das tu número de tarjeta te cobran de más. Me han cobrado el triple y no me lo devuelven. ¡No compréis ahí!

I sincerely wish I had read the reviews here first. I ordered 2 fitness tracker bands that were supposed to be designed for "older people". My first sign of trouble was at checkout when the "offered" me two more for almost no money. I clicked the offer to figure out what the catch was. The catch was that the two for $7 add-on items would cost me well over twice that in additional shipping and handling. I clicked cancel, or whatever button was presented that should have backed me out of this offer, but it didn't. They already had my Pay Pal information and they charged me for it anyway. I immediately emailed support, but not fast enough. They got back to me three days later pretending to be sorry, but the items have already been "carefully packaged and shipped" and could not be recalled. Okay, so I'm out $45 but if the trackers work well enough for that price, I can live with it, right? Not so fast. When they arrived, I followed the directions. Now, these directions were printed on a 2" x 2" piece of paper in print so small I literally had to use a jeweler's loupe to read them. Even so, I made out the mangled grammar enough to understand what I was supposed to do. Step one was to charge them for at least 2 hours. I let them charge for 6. I did this on all of them. Not one of them powered on. Nothing - they are completely worthless. When I complained first they asked me had I charged them for at least two hours? I replied that yes, of course I did. That was the first email exchange. Next they asked me did I turn them on as instructed? Again, I replied, yes, that I followed the instructions and they would do nothing. Well, this back and forth went on for at least 6 more volleys, even asking me to shoot a video of me trying to make them work. Then they asked if it was "only the red one" (the one I shot the video of) that didn't work. I replied that no, none of them work. Then they replied that they couldn't view the video, that it was in the wrong format. I replied that they were lying to me because they would not have known what color band I was reporting if they had NOT seen the video. There were 4 different colors in the order. When they finally conceded that they'd sent me completely worthless pieces of junk, they said they would "happily refund my money if I would package them carefully and send them postage paid" to an address in China! At this point, I knew I wasn't going to get any satisfaction from these crooks, so I figured I would at least cost them a little bit of their time and money replying to repeated requests from me for a satisfactory solution. After looking it up, I realized that even using the discount shipper that saves me up to 65% on postage costs, that would have literally cost me more than I paid for the junk, including shipping, when I ordered them. Without the discount it would have been a minimum of $75! I replied with that fact, and told them that I would gladly return their worthless pieces of plastic when they had sent me a return mailing label. They simply repeated that I needed to mail them back to that same China address. Over, and over, and over. Finally after maybe 12 back and forth volleys, they offered to refund me half of what I paid without having to return the items. I finally relented, demanding that the refund be for 1/2 of my total bill, including shipping. So far they have not responded, but I will bet the other half of my stolen money that they won't include shipping. I can't agree more than I do with all of the other 1 star reviews, which would be zero stars if they could be, I'm sure. Stay away. If you accidentally find yourself on one of their sites, leave, immediately, clear your cache and browsing history, and close your browser. By now they have probably figured out how to charge you just for looking at their slick ads for useless junk.

This is the most dishonest company I have every purchased from. Please, whatever you are buying, do not buy it here. They will charge your card for "services": and all kinds of things that you did not order or expect. Your card is in grave danger if you give it to these dishonest people. Trust me, you have been warned

Bought shoes, didn´t fit my feet, no way of returning. This is a fraud company!

They are completely fraudulent and dishonest. I did not complete a purchase for rolls of grass seed when I saw it was going to take a month, but they sent it anyway. I tried dozens of times to cancel. When the product did arrive it looked nothing like what was advertised, though they contended that it was identical. They are either totally dishonest or blind.

can't get an answer as to why you order cant be tracked beyond a certain date. i should have done more research before placing and order that cost triple the price after additonal charges added. this company is a scam!!!

Ordered a fitness tracker for $12. Shopping cart had total for that amount with FREE shipping. After paying with CC they EMAIL receipt with additional $20 eco fee. Tried to cancel right away but phone # listed is always busy and ALWAYS goes to voicemail says to email and they will get back to you within 24hours. Told them situation and they replied that order had already been processed but they will refund after I get and return the order. As others have noted they tell you to send back to China at your cost. Very dishonest and fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs!

Looked into a watch at my fathers request, it was cheap and had the features he wanted. Once we seen a service fee on top of the purchase price and shipping cost we cancelled the transaction without completing it. Of course this info showed up after entering cc info. The company decided they knew best and charged is anyway. Many many emails to cancel, return, refund the charge and I was pacified with no worries about my issues they’ll make it right. I aas told to pay for return shipping to China….it came from ON Canada. Talking to the cc fraud dept now. Trash company!!!
