Ho sbagliato quando ho fatto un primo acquisto con carta, hanno usato il numero della carta per addebitare un nuova somma senza nessun nuovo acquisto. Ho protestato vibratamente avvertendo che avrei affidato la mia tutela ad ALTROCONSUMO.IT di cui sono socio. E meno male, perché ho ottenuto il rimborso. Consiglio a tutti di essere molto diffidenti!

Buyer Beware. I purchased an item from this company earlier this year, after purchase I see another service charge added which I wasn't aware off. I received the product and queried the fee which they came back with a standard reply, and then 2 months later I received a subscription charge of $59.99 NZD that I wasn't aware of. I've emailed the company and had responses but no refunds as yet. Look very closely at the form, there are tick boxes automatically selected in the cart that are not clear what these are for.

Placed an order for one price charged me a higher price and decided to take another payment out of my account couple of months later-Avoid giving card details

J'ai effectué un achat en juillet, je n'avais pas reçu le colis après plusieurs demande le colis fut renvoyé.

Zero stelle.solo truffa.ho comprato a giugno un prodotto che mi hanno addebitato il doppio di quello che doveva essere.il 5 ottobre mi trovo addebitato 29.90 come molti altri.carta clonata .domani andrò a denunciare questo Ozerty.

My "senior friendly" fitness watch is anything but senior friendly! The watch and app are anything but what I wanted or can use. I also was assessed an extra charge. I'll be watching my bank account closely and notify my bank to block any further, future charges from this company! I didn't see that the company's home base is in China. If I had, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

I am so so sorry to not have read the reviews before purchasing... Their product is not what they describe, it is of very poor quality and does not perform as expected. Then, THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT YOU AND TAKE IT BACK!!!!

Cure oreilles commandé fin juin 2025, non reçu. Prélèvement de 27,34 € et de 5,81 €, le 1er juillet 2025, par ozerty États-Unis ; puis prélèvement ce samedi 4 octobre de 29,99 € toujours par ozerty États-Unis.

Mi sono stati accreditati 29.99 Che manco so cosa siete, mai comprato da voi e mai fatto nulla, siete dei truffatori non sono per le 30 euro ma fate schifo

Peccato non poter mettere 0 stelle.
A maggio, mio marito ed io, abbiamo acquistato una Crema Veleno d'api al prezzo di 11,00€ . Spese di spedizione gratuite. Ci vengono addebitati, senza nessun avviso o motivazione da parte di questa "azienda", €26,00. A nostra domanda di spiegazione ci viene data una risposta vaga: tassa ecologica!
Dopo 10 giorni il prodotto arriva: è una scatolina non sigillata, etichetta attaccata male, storta, nessuna pellicola a sigillare la Crema. La crema dovrebbe essere gialla ed invece è bianca!! Nessun foglietto con indicazioni, informazioni prodotto, etc. niente di niente.
Prendiamo atto di essere stati raggirati, paghiamo i 15 € in più.
Ieri sera, 28 settembre, alle ore 23,00 ci accorgiamo di un addebito sempre dagli stessi di €29,99. Proprio come successo alla signora Maria Rosaria (vedi recensione qui sotto).
Noi NON abbiamo ordinato niente e NON ORDINEREMO più niente da questo Ozerty. Intanto però bloccata la carta e denunciato.

Arnaque: ajoute des produits au moment de la validation d'achat/ le prix n'est plus le même au moment de la validation. Aucun moyen de les joindre. Bref, une belle arnaque?.
