There is always issues betting

There is always issues betting on the webpage on a phone. I bet high stakes. It only allows one number to be put in. I tried to bet $5000 05/1/26 on Tampa Bay Lightning @ Montreal Canadiens Under 1.5 (-165). When I first tried the odds were +110. I had to keep reloading it as it only accepts $5 which finally went through..

There are also loading issues on ingame bets. I have pictures of my laptop trying to bet under 6.5 (-120) Anaheim Ducks @ Vegas Golden Knights combined with in game under 10.5(-120) Chicago White Sox @ Los Angeles Angels at 6:44pm Wednesday May 6th 2026 for a 2 game parlay of +236. The bet just kept spinning the entire time. The wager was $5,003.03 for a possible winnings of $11,812.70.. Which both bets have won.

I would have won a significant amount of money the last 2 weeks if this was still Bodog.

in-game wagering is no good

I find the in-game wagering is no good.
Also the system is very sensitive and will often display incorrect wagers and make changes to my wagers after I placed a bet. It has resulted in losing bets.

It could be a lot better.

Just aother scam offshore book

I was told Ozoon (formally Bodog) was a safe place to bet, my father bet here 10+ years ago and they are still in business. I bet a bit more and more frequent to get through a $16800 bet through to earn my $400 deposit bonus on live tennis. I go up 14.5k and try to withdrawal. They reject my withdrawl after 24 hours. KYC email goes right to junk, after submitting they get back to me 3 days later saying my i'm under investigation. I should have checked all the one star reviews before trusting this place.

I am a verified player from Toronto, Ontario, reporting a serious breach of trust and licensing regulations by Ozoon.eu (Rocketship Ventures S.R.L.).

The operator is currently withholding a balance of $3,600 CAD based on a "VPN/Proxy" flag that is demonstrably false. Despite my willingness to provide a valid Ontario Driver’s License and residential internet utility bills, the operator refuses to release my funds or provide technical evidence to substantiate their claim.

Key Issues for Potential Players:
• Regulatory Silence: The operator has ignored a 7-day resolution window issued by their own advisory group, Differentia Licensing Advisory Group (DLAG), on March 26th.
• Predatory Tactics: My cash balance was moved to a "Bonus" category with an expiration timer while the dispute was active—a clear attempt to drain funds before a ruling can be made.
• Licensing Escalation: This matter has been formally escalated to the Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC), the Neqotkuk Chief and Council, and the Isle of Man headquarters of DLAG Global.

Ozoon is stealing $125,000 from me! (updated: they are now paying)

update 04/08- after 2 months of making me wait to access my account and money they finally unlocked it and I have received my first payout. The delay was ridiculous but at least they eventually paid. I will continue to update if this changes.

I have been using Bodog for over 5 years. They recently changed to Ozoon. I would deposit $50-$100 every couple of nights and bet different hockey and baseball bets for fun while I watched the games. I enjoyed the site and I assume they enjoyed my business as I probably lost over 30 grand over the years.

This past year I decided to take it more seriously and put a lot more work into it. With a mix of hard work and luck I was able to finally start winning. I went on an amazing run and won over 120k! I was so excited because finally I was able to make some good money sports betting. I had such a great sense of accomplishment with the fact that my hard work and perseverance paid off.

One day I went to log in and received a message that my account was locked and to contact support. Obviously I was worried and got in touch with them right away. They told me not to worry this is a standard account review and it will take 2-3 days. They asked me to send in my id which I did.

This was almost two months ago! I have contacted them a multitude of times and every time they say it's still under review please be patient. THEY TOLD ME 2-3 DAYS ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS!!

I guess a loyal customer for 5 years that has lost over 30 grand is treated well until they actually win money. At that point they lock your account, provide no detail and likely will steal it your funds.

I am hoping they will actually get back to me eventually. If not I guess I will have to price our a lawyer and see if they think there is anything to do about it and what that would cost.

I will update this review if they ever get back to me but as of now I have to assume if you bet on this site they will steal your money if you win big.

No improvement, same issues

Different name, they claim improvement but the same stuff and glitches exist. Customer service may have gotten worse. No forum exists where you can get in touch with a moderator. No appreciation for long term players. Bonuses have gotten worse and they've gone cheap.

Long time player - the site has improved ALOT

I played on the older Bodog site for around 8 years, mostly sports and poker... the new site is a much needed improvement.
It was a little scary during the change when I couldn't withdraw funds but after a day all the hiccups were ironed out
