Appreciate the feedback & suggestions from the different representatives of the company. Had some questions & concerns about fitting correctly & noise feedback but eventually got most of the problems solved. Am experimenting daily to get the correct settings for every environment ie watching TV or in a cafe which takes a bit of practice. It might take awhile, don’t give up. Ray was a tremendous help guiding us through the different issues we encountered while trying to adapt to the in-ear hearing aids. He was prompt in replying to our concerns and was knowledgeable and understanding of our difficulties. He responded to each point we raised with detailed instructions and was obviously concerned that we had a satisfactory experience with the product. He has maintained a close interest in providing us with a satisfactory hearing experience.

I didn't put the transaction through and received a call from them asking why. I then must have agreed the next thing the money was taken from my account. I didn't even realise until about two weeks later when the hearing aids arrived. (I have 'free' NHS hearing aids). I then wanted to return the hearing aids and raised a return on the credit card and the company absolutely hounded me. Emails and telephone calls..... telling me I could have some discounts etc. I still have not unwrapped the hearing aids to this day, so don't know if they are any good. Now when I cancelled the 'complaint' as they requested against the transaction and they have once more got their money they have completely disappeared off the radar - no discount refund as promised. (they also told me it was going to be exorbitant to return the hearing aids in postage). They are such a hard sell with no customer service!
I will see what happens next and let you know!

After trying the CIC hearing aides I found they were not to my liking and requested a refund. However their customer service is saying they cannot give a full refund because they have been used. They first offered a 30% refund. When I refused they then offered a 40% which I refused and now they are offerring a 50% and I can keep the hearing aides. I have just refused that offer.

I was going to. Place an order but bank declined the payment (safety thing they do) so I decided it was an omen and deleted it, plus realised it's usd...27/10/25 in the meantime I made another purchase else where and forgot to block my card again...unbeknown to me Ozzi Home apparently kept trying and eventually took out the payment and next thing I get an email to say my purchase was complete.....as it had a dispute section I immediately disputed it no response I emailed them again to stop payment as it was still pending, still no response.. Again messaged them to tell them not to send it as I will not be receiving it....next thing it's on its way. (30/10/25)... Since then Lots of emailing back and forth, them blaming Pay Pal for taking the money (I haven't used pay.pal in years) Parcel comes I refuse it with pic of postman and my return note to prove it went back, next I get email to say I won't be refunded my money as I did NOT return the way they would have liked it..( if that's the case why have a return address if not delivered on the parcel) Then they $20 off and keep them next i was offered half a refund, after informing bank and them keeping a watch on it they suddenly came good and decided I'd get a FULL refund but it can take 15-20 days..... Still waiting ... If you do deal with them make sure you keep every email as I have because they changed things a few times.

(19thNov) I finally got the full refund....

My dad purchased the hearing aids with a 90 day no obligation money back policy. He tried the hearing aids and they were not suitable for him. He emailed the company with in a week or so explaining this and they told him to give the hearing aids another go, although he was not happy with them. After numerous emails back and forth they have only refunded my dad £15. The 90 day money back guarantee is obviously a con.

I purchased the advanced hearing aid. I didn’t know what to expect and it was a learning experience. Using a hearing aid is very different and you gradually get used to it as they explained. I take them to my meetings and I can now hear everything said unlike before. They help with TV also. I don’t wear them all the time right now. I am very pleased with these hearing aids. They are very reasonably priced compared to others.
The customer service has been excellent. They stay in contact about the shipping and questions are answered promptly. I did not have enough large earpieces and when I inquired they answered promptly and sent me what I needed and many more articles to clean and look after the hearing aids along with all the instructions I asked for. They are very pleasant and have been a pleasure to deal with.
For my needs I am exceedingly pleased and would definitely purchase them again. I have never tried any other hearing aids and with these I don’t need to.

It took me a while to work out the modes, but I find these hearing aids are just terrific for the price. Voices were quite metallic sounding at first, but now are reasonably normal. I recommend these!

Both Jen and Elu have been truly great to correspond to me, in both keeping me updated with arrival of my bte’s and the response when wanting to return due to not happy with how they looked in my ear and how they felt. Elu was happy to offer me a different one (wrap around ear) that is exactly the kind that I wanted along with the charging case that charges overnight . So happy can’t wait to get them Thank you to both.
