I must have measured incorrectly as it is too small to use. Can you help

It was bought for my dad who had prostate cancer surgery which left him urinary incontinence. He used to use clunky clamp which is the best one available in Chinese market. I bought Pacey cuff in the USA and mailed to him.
Pacey cuff is tiny and comfortable to wear.

Able to go out shopping or visiting without worrying about having problems. More details on how to use the cuff.

Cuff is difficult to get bottom onto urethra each time.
Cuff is much better than any clamp. Can be worn through out the day. I have medium size with large being shipped. At 4 inches circumference I want to try large.
I recommend the bottom part touching the urethra be slightly wider to ensure consistently hitting the urethra.
Have used for 10 days and now only use a pad for backup. Reduced from 3 to 1 pad per day.
Almost don’t realize I am wearing the cuff.

Ordered and was shipped right away, received in a couple of days, very quick.
Does the job it’s meant to do, however it does feel a little pinchy after extended hours of wearing it, but it is a natural thing that just happens with any device like that. Also it requires a break in period and adjusting because it is new.

Excellent product, I am stress free after wearing the Pacey cuff, no more pads, love it, that’s why I ordered a second one

I had use the other clamps prior to the Paceycuff. It was painful and created raw marks were the clamp touch the skin. With the Paceycuff, it was very comfortable and easy to use . Controlled leakage much better too. I would highly recommend it.

They shipped an empty box to my dad in Germany, then refused to refund the full amount, citing their own language on the terms and conditions of their website. Never mind that this is theft.

Beware of the scam. They kept €40 for the air they shipped.

i believe if the bottom pad was wider, it would make it easier to wear and not leak due to misalignment. hard to get it right where it belongs when you have week fingers

It takes time to learn your adjustments on the clamp. I have had a couple of accidents but i keep adjusting.

After prostrate surgery the Pacey Cuff was recommended to me by my physician. I went by your chart and ordered one along with the comfort band. Unfortunately the comfort band added girth and I could not get past the #2 setting without discomfort. After reordering the next larger size all went well. It takes a little time to adjust to the cuff.

Since using the Pacey Cuff I can play golf or go out to dinner without that damp feeling of protective pads. I can go for extended periods until reaching a bathroom and just releasing the cuff to urinate freely with no leakage prior to getting there. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be active and worry free. Wish I would have bought it sooner….

Received my Pacey Cuff 2 days ago and it is has already changed my quality of life.
I had prostate surgery in 2022 followed by radiation and have since developed radiation cystitis in my bladder had 5 cystoscopies last year with the last one in Dec 2025 where they used a "roller ball" on the inside of the bladder. I have had severe incontinence since Dec 2025 to the point where I was going through 15 heavy pads some days and on average around 12 pads per day. total loss of bladder control, when I stood up, my bladder emptied without any control. I put on my Pacey Cuff two days ago and have no incontinence leaks since. It took me a few hours to get the proper settings and now I am able to finally go for walks with my wife, shop, and live my life again. I just ordered a second one to that I can alternate while one is drying from being washed. Thank you Pacey Cuff.

Took a bit of patience, but I finally am leak free! I am going padless around the house. I will soon brave going out.

works well but the bottom strap is very hard to keep in position as it tends to move to the location it was in when packaged and allows it to leak. Strongly suggest shipping the bottom strap unassembled to stop the "preset"

I have been thinking about this response! The stupid blue comfort strap is more trouble than it helps! It is not easy to put on but after a while you get it on and it works fine. But it is not easy! I will cancel my subscription soon and hope the refund works!! I wont use any more!

I had radical prostrate surgery almost a year ago and still struggle with incontinence. I've tried everything and hope I can gain complete control again. This has been the best solution for me and where I currently am. Follow the instructions, and it works. It is not as uncomfortable as other clamps you may see

This is third one of these I have gotten . These are a lifesaver , after prostrate surgery these were the best to use, I had used pads , clips , underwear . nothing working. After a physical therapist told me to try these it was whole better life. I then was able to back to work full time at 72 years old . I had a problem with the second one I got and Duane replaced it for me. No charges at all. I would highly recommend this product.

Still practicing, but good results so far. More later.
