Didn’t work!! Maybe after the doctor took several inches off my penis, there wasn’t enough to clamp onto. Very uncomfortable

Been using it daily for a week. Easy to use. Comfortable. Has stopped all leakage.

Awkward to set up. Uncomfortable to wear. Didn't work. And it is expensive compared to other options available. Waste of money!

The cuff is very uncomfortable and not very easy to use. Not very satisfied with it. Needs to be smaller in width.

I recently had a Prostatectomy and purchased the Pacey Cuff on the recommendation of my Pelvic Floor Therapist. I tried for 6 weeks to get it to fit correctly and not pinch or be too loose so I just leaked by. I called customer service and they were no help. Customer service asked me if I could see my toes and if I had trouble tying my shoes. I am 190 walk 5 miles a day and do yoga 3-4 days a week. I asked for a refund and have never heard back. I purchased a Wiesner Clamp. After working with it for 1 day it fits and works great.

Since I tried it I have not had success. It is just embarrassing when it starts to leak and you can feel the warmth, not knowing how much has escaped and what to do now. Maybe it’s me but it’s not from lack of trying and I will keep trying until I hear from you as to what the problem might be.

I haven’t received it, call and talked to someone who was absolutely useless, said it’s not lost but still in the system and they can’t do anything about it.
Not a very good way to run a business.

ANATOMY/PHYSIOLOGY ENGINEERING BENEFICIAL IN AVOIDING PAIN/CIRCULATION-PARTIALY-, BUT STILL GOT PINCHING FROM LOOSE SKIN AFTER PROSTATE CANCER SHAFT CUT OFF WITH EXCESS SKIN CIRCUMCISION/FUNCTIONALLY UN-CIRCUCISED. IF REPEAT CIRCUMCISION AT 79 IT WOULD BE EASIER TO USE. SO I ONLY USE IT TO PLACE MEN'S LIBERTY- HELPS. THIS IS PERSONAL ANATOMY ISSUE.

It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. The other day apparently it didn’t hold it cause I had wet my pants very embarrassing.

I called with questions about sizing, it was several days before a response was made.
I was in a time crunch to get used to it before I went on vacation.
I chose the large size.
After a week and a half of trial and error, I think I needed
to medium one.
My vacation seats tomorrow, so it really won't do me any good since I can't trust it to stay in place all day.
I like the concept of continuous blood flow.

There was a mix up with delivery from USPS Dylon from Pacey Cuff responded to my e-mail quickly. The cuff is well designed, I'm working through how to adjust it but right from the start it is so much more comfortable.

Product was pachaged well and delivered in timely manner.

As a pelvic therapist, I have recommended the Pacey Cuff to patients for over a year, and have even begun recommending it to other therapists who have not have the opportunity to utilize these yet. My patients who have struggled to overcome bladder control through traditional strengthening and healing have been able to use the cuff to improve their level of functioning and decrease or completely eliminate leaks. The Pacey Cuff is a great tool to get men to where they want to be!

i am 91 i had surgery at 55 i tried several clamps some so-so others no good your clamp by far is the best. one big thing no pinching i can keep it on for hours thanks much.

Shipping and delivery could be a little better but overall good experience.
