I had to stop using it
I had to stop using it, because the "comfort strip" irritated my skin and made it bleed in one spot. I have been very careful to clean it daily and not make it too tight. I had to go back to using Dribblestop.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Cuff - a small amount of Vaseline or Penaten can help with minor skin irritations, but if irritation persists we recommend to stop using the Cuff immediately and let the skin recover before trying again. Consult with your doctor and make sure everything is ok.

Almost right
Although the Pacey cuff works fairly well, I find it still a little hard to put on and hard to loosen to urinate and then retighten. Also I find the hard mechanism of the Medium size is a little too big but small is a little too small. I need a size in the middle.

the cuff has improved over time
the cuff has improved over time. The thicker underneath pad inhibits urinary leak more efficiently. The comfort strap is very much better, as the velcro allows more sizing attachment options.

Pacey Cuff and sleeves.
The sleeve that goes on first is too small. I ordered extras and they are too small also. Should be one size larger and I can cut to fit! So, I haven't used it yet! Can't say how effective it is.

This was by far the most comfortable of…
This was by far the most comfortable of this type of device I tried and it worked well. However, I was unable to continue to use the Pacey Cuff because it cut off circulation. I showed it to my urologist, after waring it for a few hours, he said, the blood was unable to return. I believe this is due to my anatomy, I have prominent, external veins.

What I'd like to do is first confirm you got the correct size and then if possible help with some adjustment tips - small adjustments on the bottom (the small numbers) can make all the difference, making sure to take about a week around the house to practice.
