Very disappointed in this product
Very disappointed in this product. I've tried using and adjusting it several times without success. Leakage persists. In view of what this item costs, it seems more a scam than a solution to one's incontinence. Certainly not worth the money or the disappointment one experiences upon receiving and trying it.

More Narrow
Ease, effectiveness and comfort are all very good, but I recommend, if functionally possible, to make the unit more narrow. Over hours of daily use the position of the unit is moved (rotated) during leg movements resulting in less compression of the urethra. A more narrow unit would be functionally closer to the abdomen wall and less effected by shifting pads, clothes and leg movements
I adjust the unit several times a day to maintain the compression

If you've followed the sizing instructions, are adjusting the bottom along the strap to make it smaller or bigger and are still having trouble we offer a size exchange or return at no cost to you.
The Size Chart on our Pacey Cuff Ultra page is important for finding the correct size before you order, everything is based initially off of a relaxed circumference measurement followed by ensuring you have the minimum length required.

The bottom is a critical adjustment, moving it along the strap according to the small numbers to make the device smaller overall and a bit tighter might be the trick.

It's a good product
It's a good product. I think the perfect size cuff for me,
would be between a small and a medium. I've tried both sizes, and sometimes it can be a little difficult to keep from pinching. At least I don't wet at night, which has been my main problem. Thank you.

GAME CHANGER
I feel like I went to Pacy boot camp learming how to put the cuff on. Over the past 2 weeks I got a lot of data on how the cuff wants to work. It appears that the #3 comfort strip is what brought it all together for me. Putting the cuff on is much easier using the #3 than the #2. I will continue with evaluating the product and will write a more detail review Sunday or Monday. The bottom line is that the cuff is a game changer for me.
I sent your cuff data to the VA Nachville and will know more on its acceptance in a week or two.

I was unable to get the Pacey Cuff to work. I was leaking as though I wasnt wearing a device at all.
I followed the instructions and tightened it up as much as I could without any success whatsoever.

I have both a small and medium Pacey Cuff. The medium is a bit too large and the small is okay. The smaller size even though purchased one month after is breaking down and the Velcro is not holding thus causing accidents to occur. The medium is holding up well but wearing for an extended time can be uncomfortable. The Pacey Cuff does what it is supposed to do. I would have thought the smaller size would not breakdown when it did. Perhaps a longer Velcro strip might be more accommodating and increase the wearability. Since posting this review, Pacey Cuff did reach out to me and have provided a new Pacey Cuff. They do stand by their product and I am grateful to them for assisting me with this issue. Thank you

Not bad, 80% effective
Took some practice to get cuff on correctly and it's been about 80% effective, some leakage when I cough or exert. Relatively comfortable but not ideal. Biggest downside is getting the cuff on correctly compared to other urinary clamp devices. I use both depending on my need and activity level.

It took me a little while to get used to using it. The main difficulty is knowing how tight to fasten it. If it is not tight enough it is not effective, if it is too tight ?
