The Pacy Cuff is the closet to normal I have been since surgery!!

Great product works well.

After three months still difficult to get sleeve and cuff adjusted to stop leaks without pinching or irritation. Once it is adjusted correctly it great.

My PT for penile and incontinence rehab after robotic prostate cancer surgery recommended the Pacey Cuff for an upcoming trip to Europe just in case I still wasn't continent by then. I have worn it many times in rehab during bad days for hours at a time and when placed correctly, it's comfortable and keeps me dry.

This did not work for me because of extenuating circumstances. But they where more then willing to work with me and make it right.

It allowed some freedom and ability to do things like golf.

The Pacey Cuff works as it is suppose to. Just make sure you get the right size. Do not have to worry about leaks when using correctly. Does not stop blood flow and is not really noticeable. Would recommend to any one looking to stop annoying leaks.

Pacey cuff is keeping the process to order and use simple from ordering to directions, everything‘s just about right.

It was easy to order and was on sale. The item works quite well for me.

It is very good except that sometimes if not properly tightened, it slips off. Perhaps you might explore better pads.

Pacey Cuff is the number one urethral control device on the market. I use mine all day except for when going to bed then I use another clamp type device by another maker which I find holds better if you toss and turn at night. The only complaint I have is that lately the strap that goes through the buckle begins to separate into the two layers it is made from making it difficult to insert through the buckle slot. This seems to happen more when the device and strap get wet either from sweat or washing.

For a senior citizen with not perfect eyesight, black on black is not good. Also it seems that it could work better than it does.

I’m just learning how to use this product. I feel that I’m starting to understand the adjustments and my leakage is better. It will be a week or two till I could give a true evaluation

Ordering was easy. Delivery was as promised.

I am not circumcised. And wearing the pacey cuff caused the tip of the foreskin to swell which seemed a bit disturbing. Getting it to the right level of tightness with somewhat painful. Although after wearing it for a while that pain is dissipates. Or you become unaware of it

The Pacey Cuff may be okay but still being evaluated. I'm initially inclined to consider it a situational option for convenience and not an ongoing all the time solution. The impact of substantial ongoing pressure on the urethra is a bit concerning. The Pacey Cuff sizing guidance is a bit confusing as well. Being on the border between large and medium, I am not particularly happy having gone with medium and would now prefer large. There is no refund so if I want a large I have to buy a 2nd. Buying a 2nd one is okay and probably a good idea but I don't know if the large will be preferable to the medium. Overall, I am not either dissatisfied or satisfied.
